I had equipment that was supposed to be included with my U-Haul (mats, dolly, etc) that was not provided. This is the second time in a row this has happened, so I will be using a different vendor moving forward.

I don't appreciate paying for a truck that I only had for 10 minutes. To pay full price for a daily truck that I only use for 10 minutes absolutely ridiculous.

RICHARD RYes, I would recommend this location, which is truly the cleanest UHaul location that I have ever seen in the more than 30 years of experience that I have renting at UHaul. The UHaul people with whom I spoke with at the regional office in Jacksonville were rude and demonstrated absolutely terrible customer service, but the staff at AMERICAN MINI STORAGE in St. Augustine was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL. I have used UHAUL for many years and plan to use their services again in the future.

LEWIS PYou could of not charged me 15 dollars for the safe move option since I opted out. I drove the van 35 miles 2 hours and I got overcharged for it. When I left and got the receipt I noticed the overcharged.

John RI picked up the U-Haul with the mobile app after the location was closed. The mobile app was down and would not locate my correct location. After calling customer service, I was told this happens frequently with the app. It took me over an HOUR to retrieve the keys to the truck. When loading the truck, I noticed the whole back part (closest to cab) had standing water, as it was raining all week in my location and the day of loading. I had to actually buy towels to attempt to keep furniture somewhat dry because I didn't own enough towels to try to solve the problem. I have pictures and videos of where the leak was and water was coming from. Again, it rained almost the whole week and day of pickup. If the employees had inspected this truck before allowing it to be rented, they would've noticed the water. My pickup location was also changed 24 hours before pickup.

Jessica MTruck was clean but it was in wasnt in great mechanical condition. Alignment was significantly off center. Steering response was difficult to dial in making it difficult to drive straight, likely related to alignment. It still got the job done though

Called number got permission to drop off was told that it would be checked in next morning and I would get my final confirmation. It is now Tuesday and I still have nothing. Called yesterday and was told it was sent. Not in my email (junk or otherwise) but did receive this survey.
