When I called to reserve the truck I asked did it have cruise control. Her answer was none of our trucks do. I dreaded the trip I was going to take. I knew how tired my foot was going to be. To my happy surprise, it had cruise control. Thank you thank you. Made my trip so much more relaxing. The cruise did most of the work. I am so grateful.

DAVID HKim in Shawnee was absolutely excellent, she went above and beyond in helping me secure my desired truck and advising me about the entire rental process and trip. She even advised me about carrying lots of change to accommodate the toll machines that only accepted exact change!! Who thinks of that??!! She also had the truck ready as promised and accommodated my extra mile requirement in getting from Shawnee to OKC. She could not have been nicer or more helpful. A very rare gem in customer service, thanks again Kim!!!

Herman SThe representative was filling in for the regular person (who is great). She was very abrupt and filled out that the gas tank was 7/16 full when it was empty. This cost us time on the drop off end to get it straightened out. We have rented from uhaul for over 30 years and this was the worst rental experience ever.

kim hi was told that i would not be charged for dropping off at a different location if i came and returned the vehicle and now they are trying to charge me $400 fior returning on time but not where they wanted me to return it even though i came and drove it to the location they wanted me to drive it to. SCAMMERS and LIARS!!!!

alan dWhen I called roadside assistance and was transferred to an operator named Bob, I was told that he was already on a phone call and "like you'll have to call back or something man". I don't know what kind of assistance that is, but at that point I went from calm, cool and collected to irate. He didn't even bother to ask me if I was safe or not!!!!!!!

chad rI am 63 years old, and me and the lady that worked there had to lift that trailer off my hitch ball. I don't know the weight, but it was very heavy. I strained as it was, but if I had been 83, I would not have been able to do it at all. Rather than risk people being hurt, I would think it would be smart to have a jack of some sort on hand to do this.

MERCY DI arrived during business hours however the attendant wouldn't check me in. She stated to leave the truck, unlocked, parked in her yard. She repeated that it wasn't to be locked because people break out windows for the equipment, yet wouldn't take the time to sign me off.

Mercy DJust disappointed about return time ,I had to rent trailer a extra day because they where closed on Sundays ,then didn't open until 9am on Monday ,and I arrived at 8am ,Will be a long time before I use your equipment again
