Gas gauge was more like 1/8 when I took the truck and I didn't have time on my 4 hr clock to go complain so I basically was robbed of 3 gallons of gas because your crappy service can't detect gas levels properly.
Robert GWorst location ever . You're better off using your own car. They lied on me and said i brought it back in the am and I brought it back the same day AND it was on file . And they tried to say i left it dirty with food inside and I never had a MEAL that day .

CYNTHIA SThis location did not have appliance and utility dollies we reserved with truck and didn't let us know until we arrived to find the truck empty and called them. Spent the first hour of my rental time scrambling to find dollies elsewhere. Only received two of 12 packing blankets I reserved and the back door of truck was clearly damaged and nearly impossible to open. Lastly, this is an unmanned location, so upon return I was required to spend about 10 minutes in the middle of an absolute downpour of rain, answering questions and sending photos from every angle to prove I returned the truck intact. An employee at a manned location could have helped with dollies and the broken door before we left, and the return process would obviously have been simpler. I do not recommend this uHaul location.
JERI MThe web site is misleading as far as getting the entire order filled. I understand the trailer is the main component, however dollies and blankets should be filled as well. Feedback when the reservation is confirmed for pickup should include everything requested.
Martin GTerrible customer service when they called before the day of pickup. Had to drive 18 miles out of my way. Originally set with Reservations to pick up in Sauk Centre Minnesota with an authorization number. Trailer was seen also on location. On the call the day before i mentioned I had an authorization number for that location to the customer service representative. She said all I had was a "request "to pick-up from there. I mentioned again that I had a reservation and authorization (# 85376848) to pick up at F&W Exhaust (1163 Getty Street) Sauk Centre, Mn. She said all that was is just a request. So, I'm not sure why I'd get data or an authorization for F&W if they Had no trailers on hand or one that may have been booked earlier when I called in. The customer service representative was of no help and could have easily explained what was going on. Instead of saying all you have is a request she could have explained the process but chose not to. From here forward I will no longer use or recommend any Uhaul Services
Todd ZThe truck was filthy. Spill stains on the floor, cup holders, and there was so much food crusted and grass crusted ion the floor it was disgusting. The back was wet and not swept. Then I had boxes get wet. I also Sept it when I returned it and was sweeping other peoples dirt. This thing was awful.

Angela LUhaul rented me a truck to pick up at 9 am. Site didn't open till 11. I hired movers for 930. Site sent me a link to pick online that did not work. Called 3x for help, each time they hung up. Tried Chat again they dropped me. Very difficult to reach you, poor CS, poor support, poor site support, marginal equipment. Overall a really negative experience. Movers couldn't come until 530, we finished the move the next day without the truck. I'm 75. Really needed your truck and the help. I won't use Uhaul again
Gloria LWe reserved a uhaul as well as a utility dolly about 5 days in advance. We used the truckshare 24/7 thinking it would be a simple process, however it was a long slow process day of rental that took about 30 minutes. We also arrive to our uhaul to find no dolly in our truck and the worker said they do not have any. We were still charged for it since the order was done ahead of time online.

Lasana TVery rude person . Told me to wait for him to take care of the aution people before he would check in the rental. Even though I was the first person in line. Told me to leave over 5 time and take the rental to another location. Also stated that U-hual was a secondary business and I was not a priority. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Brandon TI will NEVER use this place again, yesterday when I called their customer service,the lady said that I returned the truck late, because she asked was the lights on at the property and I told her it looked like it was closed the same as when we got there it looked like it was closed and we couldn't get the gate open.So she said that basically it was a late return,yet the truck was back on the property at 8:24

CHARLOTTE TI screwed up the time on the reservation. Deborah saved the day! She adjusted quickly, got my contract printed, and had me on the road in minutes. I'm so grateful! The entire move would have been a mess without her help.
KARLA JAfter a horrible experience at another location where it took an hour and a half to find out they didn't have the refrigerator dolly I need it, I called customer service and they set me up with Deborah at American self storage. Not only did they have the refrigerator dolly that I needed, she literally met me out front took my credit card and then pulled my truck up and handed me the keys. This took about a total of three minutes to check in. She also let me park out front with a camera for it on my car while I was moving my furniture. When I was done I pulled up drop my key in the key drop and drove my car home. Would highly recommend!!!!!
BRETT MIt took about 30 minutes to be in contact with a representative that was able to check me out, which was too long.

Teddy TWell, not to seem like I'm nitpicking or anyting, but, when I ordered the truck I failed to remember to ask about a dolly. So that was actually my bad, but there was no mention of it from there and eat or so they may have not had any available. That's actually my fault for not asking cuz it sure would have made things easier. But this is the second time in less than three years that I've done business with this location and they've treated me well both times. So kudos to Deborah.
DANIEL BInterior was filthy, amount on gas gage was incorrect and was charged incorrect amount upon return. Will not rent from this location ever again.

TRACY PHad to wait at the gate for 30 minutes-Deborah let us know we were only reserved, but still had paperwork to do, plus she had to sell me a lick for the unit. It would have been nice if that was all prearranged before arrival, but Deborah was very helpful.

mark bDo not put accessories in the trucks. The seal was broke because my furniture shifted and i was charged for equipment i specifically said i didn't want. Plus it took up the same amount of space as a refrigerator. I didn't not receive the full cubic space i paid for in my purchase. This fault is on uhaul policy not the location.
Carla GI guess the location wasn't bad but the person calling to set up the place, as my chosen spot not available, never told me it was a storage facility. We spent 15 min driving around, ended up at another location. He called in and found where it was.
Kyle FI have never used U-Haul before. Debra was informative and friendly. It was a simple process made enjoyable thanks to her. Also, always buy the higher level insurance! You never know what could happen.

Michael BI really hate to give this location the rating the day warranted. The manager deserves an above average rating for trying. When we were finally able to reach him, he was extremely helpful and tried everything he could to get it worked out. The unfortunate string of events that happened at the facility with the employee onsite was very poor to say the least. Renting this uhaul via the mobile app was an absolute nightmare! Something I will never do again!! Uhaul did give me a $50 credit for the trouble, however, you cannot put a price on the time that was lost. Because the wrong vehicle was placed outside the gate for pickup at 6:00 a.m., my daughter, who was helping me, was caused to be late for work and docked pay. I needed the truck for merely 1 hour and intended to pick it up at 6:00 a.m., move my one large item and have it back to the facility by 7-7:30 a.m. and my daughter was to be at work by 8 a.m. Because it took until after 8:30 to even get the correct truck, then we had to drive to another facility 20 minutes away to get the dolly (which we had ordered with the truck that was not there), it was well after 10:00 a.m. before we could complete the task. Thus she was late for work and docked. If I ever have the occasion to have to rent from Uhaul again, the mobile app will not be used by me. There is something to be said for dealing with hands on customer service. Great idea, but in this instance it was an absolute fail.

BARRY SFront wheels need to be aligned, steering wheel stayed to the left as I drove down the highway. Overall very satisfied, glad I bought the optional insurance!
Earl RDropped it off at 8 so no one was around but I found the Uhaul dropbox easy enough. My problem with this location is it wasn't the easiest to find. Google was way off when I entered in the location, place wasn't lit up at all to find it from the road, and when I did find it the driveway was a pain to find as well. I travel a lot so I can navigate well enough but this was such a pain.
