Clayborn Athe trailer I rented was wet on the inside and after loading it I called the office to let them know. The person who checked me out said to see of I could get some silicon and I would be reimbursed. When I arrived at my destination some of my boxes were wet on the bottom and the mattress was also wet.

chris cThe location itself was fine but I had 2 bars of service which made the self check in process difficult. I had to walk around to get my pictures to load in the app- it would be helpful if there was wifi with a password that could be used as part of the check in/out process if doing it via mobile or after hours.

Jacob ACheck equipment prior to pickup. My husband had to fix the lights or not have a trailer. The guy working had no clue and said we couldn't have the trailer. It took over two hours to pick up a trailer.

rodger mU-Haul is the worst company I have ever rented from. This location itself there is nothing wrong with. But U-Haul changed my agreement and charged me way more than what original contract stated. Contacted customer service 3 times! They do not help at all and have not returned any of my phone calls. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
