Jerry MThe U-Haul was dirty and it smelled like smoke and then it broke down after i asked MULTIPLE TIMES IF I CAN DRIVE AND SNOW and got told yes and i was on the side of the road for 3 hours
Paul RMy gas tank had 3/4 full tank, but when I returned it they let me know it showed as full on the contract. I brought it in with the same amount of gas and was almost charged $15 to make up the gas. Thankfully they took care of that cost.
Sarah GEverything was great, there's really not to much to improve location was closest to our moving area which we put four miles on the truck. It couldn't of been any better. Thank you u-haul

Robert LU-Haul really let me down. My reservation confirmation email took me to the wrong location, then the dolly I requested wasn't available. I was charged for moving blankets I did not request. Returned the vehicle with far more gas than when I picked it up, immaculate condition and was charged a cleaning fee. Do better, U-Haul.

Rose H | Expérience généraleThe lady named Sara was not to friendly and she said the gas tank was 9/16 full that is above the half mark I took a picture of the odometer and that same picture shows the gas tank at 8/16 or half a tank not at 9/16 full. I took it in with the same as I found it when I got it. Otherwise the vehicle was in great shape and ran smoothly
