The proprietor was great…very helpful….good thing since the app was glitchy and he needed to intervene with customer service to make check in and check out work.

I'm not trying to complain but the fuel on the truck that was given to me was on empty and I ran out of gas and I had to ask two people to help me push it into a gas station. When I came back and talked to a person over the phone at the location they told me they would give me 25% off for this mistake but the cost does not reflect that discount in any way. In the future please do not give customers any vehicles that have absolutely no fuel to put them in a situation of danger or or uncomfortable.
