The young lady that helped me was so amazing. Unlike the other woman from before. She helped me with the reservation. She had so much with me. She needs to teach the rest to respect people who don't know the application. She needs to be a manager.

One person working the register and processing my pick up made it time consuming for every one i the store. Also did not expect to have ton hook it up by myself.
Gardiner CFirst of all, if a business is too busy or will not hire enough employees to do their job and do the job of renting out UHAUL's, then they should not take on the responsibility of renting out UHAL's! When we went to pick up our UHAUL, we were constantly being told by Mary to wait until she helped other customers that came in after us to purchase gas or store items from them, as if because we were only getting a UHAUL, we WERE NOT "customers"! We waited patiently. But when we went to drop the truck off, we were exhausted and just wanted to turn our truck in and leave, and demanded to be treated fairly like any other customer. Mary was then very rude, and told us that the other customers who were buying from the store came first, and that was that. I tried to check out online, but it did not work, so exhausted I just had to stand aside and wait to get checked out by this rude person! UHAUL needs to put a requirement on who can rent out their trucks. If you don't have the staff to do both jobs, then you shouldn't be taking on UHAUL!!! This wasted my time and energy on a day that I had neither. I will definitely be posting my reviews on every site I can find of my "very" disappointed experience with this particular business, and that I will not be renting from UHAUL again either!

Levy sTruck was terrible. Tires out of balance, could hardly keep truck in the lane because the front tires vibrated so bad. Rollers missing on the rear door. Had to get a prize bar to free the door so I could close it. Rented several times from Uhaul. Next time I will go elsewhere.

Ruby BThis business is too busy to look after your rentals. This is the second time going here and both times were frustrating and lengthy. Person would start waiting on us and then stop and wait on customer, then come back to us , then wait on another customer, did this during the whole process making our visit terrible. If this is only place we can pick up we will not be renting again. One on our previous visit to the wash place on Ward Blvd was great and quick.

Angie BThe truck had a temperature light so I returned it after one trip when about a block from the location the check engine light came on. I was supposed to get the rental at 8 am but the attendant who knew how to do the rentals didn't show up until 9:45. I returned the broken vehicle before 11. I was told I could trade vehicles but I was over it - I didn't want anything else to do with uhaul or this location. After returning it I was charged for the full day. I called to complain and was told it was a daily rate and I should have instead sat with a broken down truck and wait for them to fix it. Which sounds like a case of your F$&ed up vehicle not being my problem. Anyhow I'm out $80 and learned that I'll never use uhaul again. And I'll tell anyone who wants to hear about it to.

Mary DThe vehicle was dirty and had a broken fuel gauge. Upon return, I topped the vehicle off at the gas pump at the rental location. The gauge did not move. I told the agent that I return the vehicle to that the fuel gauge had not moved when I filled the tank. The agent went outside, checked the gauge, and told me it was not full, and she would not market as full for return, unless I filled it. I explain to her that I filled it until the handle on the pump clicked off and would not allow me to continue filling, but I wanted it to show full so I brought the vehicle back to the gas pump and attempted to add more fuel to the tank, the tank overflowed all over my shoes and my pant leg but the gauge still didn't move she came out to the vehicle and saw the gasoline all over the ground and all over the door jam of the vehicle and on my shoes and by now it has soaked through to my skin. She went back into the gas station and continue to service other customers while I move the vehicle back to the parking space when I went back inside, she told me she didn't like my attitude refused to check the vehicle and with a full gas tank I asked her to at least mark the vehicle is having a broken fuel gauge since she could see that the gas it overflowed all over the ground, again she refused at this point it was just causing a scene in front of other patrons in the gas station so I went out to my car and called U-Haul to see if I could get any assistance from U-Haul. I received none I contacted the location and asked the manager to contact me back the following day and still have received no word from the location. I have a pair of shoes and a pair of jeans destroyed in this debacle, gasoline run out all over the ground and on my skin and this business owner has not replied, I warn you to beware of using this location. The EPA and Division of weights and measures are being notified

dyon wWho ever had the truck before me didn't fill it back up I took a picture before I left the location and when she said I had to fill it up, that's what I did but I showed her the picture of the fuel but I put more in it than i should of had.. she would not give me my money back..
