Uhaul app was not working great. Had to call Uhaul for help. Poor gentleman on the phone helped e for 50 minutes!! He was kind and patient.
Kimberly FThey barely spoke English so communication was difficult. They took the keys and didn't offer to inspect the vehicle or give me any documentation on the vehicle drop off. I just crossed my fingers and hoped that everything would be okay.

She is a smart, delightful person who gets the job done correctly; the first time. And She cares about her many loyal customers. Not only does Anas Sunoco provide all the products of a gas station, plus the U HAUL service, they also sell hot meals to dozens of blue collar workers and students in the neighborhood. Keep up the good work.

Richard BI was over charged for the unit. I picked it up 4:30 p.m. and returned it around 9:a.m. I went about 10 blocks total counting picking up and returning the unit that morning. Noone inspected the unit upon pick up it was done over the phone, my first disappointment( no real customer service.) The same upon drop off. Long and short of it. I think I was over charged over $60 was charged to me for the cheapest truck your company has. I think this location should be looked at closer for their ethics and business practices.
Valarie GOriginal location we went to get truck from did not have it (although it was “reserved“) because the person before us had not yet returned with the truck..when we talked to the man at the register, he didn’t tell us what was happening, just called to see where that person was and started calling other locations to see if they had a truck…we were on a tight time schedule trying to get somewhere before they closed and this made it extremely difficult and frustrating, not to mention stressful.
Haylee WThe equipment was clean inside but the ride was poor and noisy. It drifted all over the road. Needed an alignment. Very hard to steer.

Marie DReservation told me to drop off at this location the worker told me I needed to take it to a store 31 minutes away that there was no room. The trailer was already unloaded... the worker called his supervisor... she told me to bring it to the other store as well... because there was no room.... I told her it was already unloaded... she spoke back with the worker they began speaking in different language and laughing then told me it was ok to leave it there.

Valerie HThere was NO SEAT BELT for the passenger side. Vehicle smelt like cigarettes. The owners of station were very friendly and easy to deal with. Very pleasant.
Pedro PPulled up, was in a terrible shipping container with dogs and a poor managed lot. Had no idea if they had a correct truck and trailer for my move. I had to get multiple reservations and drive around taking up 4 hours of my morning before moving.

Carlos BThis is a gas station and it is very unorganized. The owner is not on site so you have to make phone calls and wait around for someone to service you. I also should be receiving a refund as I only used the uhaul for 2 hours and less mileage then I expected.
Crystal FThis location has an excellent kitchen and menu inside. It was so nice to be able to get off the road after unloaded the truck and grab a delicious meal here.

CHRISTOPHER BThe lady renting trucks behind the fish stick counter inside the gas station is not qualified, charges absorbent fees that uhaul will say are wrong but can’t stop her, she calls and charges your card daily, threatening and not helpful.

Derek bThe truck bed was full of construction sand which got all over the items I was transporting. Additionally, the checkout process was complicated because the manager was offsite, and wanted to do it over text message. She was understanding when I refused to send her photos of my DL via text message license, but that should not be an acceptable process.

I don't like that only one person who worked the gas station was also the only person who could check me in/out. I had to wait for other customers to check out getting things from the gas station. Just not an ideal location/situation.

David WThe area did not seem the safest. Right across the street from the juvenile detention center. The location handled the UHaul rental well, but in terms of the area it is in I would probably go elsewhere next time.

Marisaday VThere was a hole above the drivers seat presumably from someone smoking. There was a sticky vape on the dash. Everything from the dash, the cup holders, everything was dirty and sticky.
Anton SMy problem isn't with the location. My problem is that my reservation was moved to this location without any communication until I went to pick up the vehicle.

Chyna MEverything was perfect! Uhaul made it so easy to set this up and every person we encountered on the phone as well as in person was very helpful! I will absolutely use Uhaul again in the future!!!
Catherine STruck was in new condition ,but it was not swept out,nor front was swept out.
GUILLERMO GI was offered a promotional rate to drop the truck off at Neptune beach instead of on Normandy Blvd where my Uhaul storage unit was. I believe the uhaul rep in Tampa changed my price at the counter hoping i wouldn’t notice. The correct price for my truck rental should be ~$180 instead of $560.
