Truck was clean and staff was great to work with. There was a water leak in the front part of the cargo area and it rained that night so some of the contents got wet. The truck seemed worn out. Lots of play in the steering and had to floor it to get up hills on the highway.

PHILLIP BParking for an after hours drop off was extremely difficult; I ended up having to parallel park in a spot that was barely large enough for the 20' truck. I have rented from and dropped off with them in the past and have had good experiences, but something needs to be done about being able to return after hours.

Luis GThis location was advertised as a 24/7 drop off location. Upon arrival no code was "on file" per customer service operator. Unfortunately my evening route plans were completly ruined.. Now I need to take morning to return trailer and not get to my job. U-Haul should not advertise things without such "details" on file.

Garrett RThis was my pick-up location (1 hour away from original pick-up location) AFTER customer service tried for over 2 hours of to find me a truck for which I had a reservation (uhaul even called and talked to me to confirm my truck the day before). My original pick-up location was in Aptos, Ca. The Aptos location is terrible. People who work there have with no work ethic. All they said was "call customer service" when the computer said my truck was somehow not available. If this is who is representing the uhaul brand, please fire your hiring manager-they are bad at their job. Mind you, they had many trucks sitting there they could have let me have. Before anyone gets any bright ideas that these trucks are reserved for other people…too bad. Someone took my truck, I would just like to return the favor. If you think the "we guarantee your equipment" is real, think again. Oh, they gave me the $50 "if we don't have your equipment", but with the mileage charge, they more than make up for it. The only bright spot was your customer service employee Ashley. She did eventually find a truck, and was very pleasant. Give her a raise, or better yet, make her the new hiring manager.
