One of the straps on the car hauler was cut and no one noticed until we loaded the car. Also once the car was loaded you couldn't open any doors to get out.

Customer service was helpful and excellent. Windshield wipers were very sqeaky and not as clear as they should have been. Suggest wiping Rain X on the drivers side of the windshield at every oil change. This would practically eliminate the need for new wiper blades and works very well on my personal truck.

Unless you do the driving, I don't see any room for improvements. The staff at Anderson's were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them and will be back for all my moving needs.

Not good customer service. Also, they asked me to broom sweep the back of the truck, so I broom swept the back of the truck before I turned it in and the charged me a cleaning fee. I called and left a message to ask about it and they never called me back. Not a good experience, I've rented from them several times but I won't be going back there again for this

just know no matter what they promise you “ if you dont use the time” and get refund isnt true. stay firm with what you know you will need the truck for and dont fall into their scare tactics of better have more and get money back vs not having enough going over and paying big penalties for going over. i lost over 900 i deserved back but will not get. outrageous! dont be bullied into renting more than you need

I wanted to rent a cargo van or a pickup truck. Neither one was available at anytime over the next week within a 30 mile radius. I was only going 17 miles away to move one (1) item. I had to bring rugs, blankets, & more to make sure the delicate item didn't slide around & break.
