I'm sorry I can't remember the ladies names that we dealt with, but they were so helpful and friendly. I'm so glad that I found that location. I will definitely recommend it. Pick up and drop off were so easy.

john tOnly took 2hrs to get the truck from uhaul.com. No one there spent 2hrs tring to get keys on phone. Put on hold to many times. Know one new what was going on. Feel like I should have been compensated for my time of waiting to get truck..

Karen WOverall a good experience. Very friendly staff. Couple of small issues: One - The back of the UHaul had a lot of dust/dirt in it and a dead mouse. Two - I noticed on the estimate it said there would be a $20 charge if the truck was brought back after hours. The person I spoke to never mentioned an after hours fee. They acted like it would be no problem if we brought it back after hours. Luckily I noticed it on the estimate and brought it back during work hours.

Glenn ANever using this company again. Very unprofessional. Accused me of driving more than I did. Accused me of not replacing gas. Didn't even want to look at the truck when I returned it. Wanted to just email me a receipt. Thank god I chose to speak up. Situation was very poorly managed in my opinion.

Dale CI had to pay $15 for "insurance" even though I am sure my own car insurance would have covered me! But when you have to make a snap decision they pretty much have you over a barrel. Also, I think 0,99 cents per mile is a little steep.

Dan SThe address doesn't take you to the right location in Google maps. It takes you to the back side of the building where their are two residences. The entrance is actually off another street one block to the west. That said, the lady in charge of the location was very knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. My order had gotten changed several times and I was told she was unable to print my contract out for me. She emailed it, but I never received the email either. Consequently, I never had a contract or receipt. The more you push people online, the more hassles it is for the customer.

Brian MLocation was in a neighborhood, the gate was just open, car was there but no one answered the door. I was able to return it after much frustration via the app. The location was very run down and somewhat scary. It was convenient to where we were heading.

Constance SPhone customer service was terrible. Were quoted different prices on phone then when I picked up the truck. Very frustrating when you are making decisions on what you will do based on price. Next time I will try somewhere else to see if I get a honest answer.
Therese PDirections were not correct. I had to circle the block to get to the entrance. This is difficult with a trailer.
