The truck was a mess nobody cleaned trash from front cab nor cleaned the back. The windows were dirty as well. I have never picked up a unclean truck in the past year. This is my 3rd time and was always pleased until this last time. The truck didn't seem to run as well as the first 2 and the other 2 were bigger. It was a young girl that checked me in and she was very nice but didn't appear to know slot about how it all worked.

The back right corner around the building was pretty tight to get through. The trucks were parked along the edge around the corner and driving a box truck around the corner without hitting another truck seemed difficult. I ended up parking in the best spot I could find.

I reserved a 10' truck on July 12. I was notified on Aug. 7 that my pickup location had changed. I was notified ( my fault that I didn't scroll all the way down to see this part) less than 2 hours before my pickup on Aug. 8 that it was a 15 ft truck. No one ever verbally called me to see if this change was okay. I drove by my original pickup location about an hour after I had picked up the " log truck" with very dirty windows and saw a 10' truck in the lot. That location was closed at that time. I do not understand why no one called to see about a change in pickup times at the original location with 29 days to have a reserved truck ready for me. Very disappointed in this. I had an extremely small load to drive all the way to Houston from Little Rock in an enormous truck.

This place was terrible! Nobody to help unhook or receive the trailer. Just an older wo.an running the flea mkt! I had to park on a slope, go dig up a rock to chock the wheel & try to unhitch by myself! I am disabled & shouldn't have tried to do any of these things. I couldn't get it unhooked so they finally found a guy mowing grass to unhitch it for me. Took forever! And it was hot! They should not be allowed to be a UHaul place! I may never use your company after this incident!

Didn't open until 10:00. We areived at 8:00. Had orher errands to run. Left truck, returned at 11:00. Person in charge of checking in returns was not on premises. Personal at the property texted with this person and finally figured out what to do!

U haul ass raped me it was my first time had always heard good things about u haul was my first and last the lady was nice but never had done a rental it didn't show me exactly what I would be charged they charged me 35 $ for the first day plainly stated I was probably gonna need it all week so I called to get a weekly rate under impression that it was 19,95 a day but it wasn't that particular one wS 29,95 so they got yhere weekly payments I. Full harged me for 7 days only had it six and they still r holding 130$ deposit nobody would try to give me any kinda of break so I would rent from them again I would be a repeat costumer but not if u haul done give me some of my money back and they should kinda half ass trin someone that s gonna rent stuff out for them

Our experience trying to get a trailer in the Little Rock area was awful !!! After 5 tries and extra mileage on the truck for a simple 6X12 trailer was over the top !!! They sent us all over to find out there was no such trailer to be had !!!! For the size of the area we found no one had nothing ???? Unbelievable actually !!!

Overcharged & trying ti charge me over $400 extra. U-Haul corporate has been no help in resolving the issue. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Your App needs a lot of attention. It would not allow me to complete the online check-in so I had to call a real person(thankful for her). The App also would not allow me to complete the online return with a "completed" notice so I snap shot the phone that showed the date and time.
