I received great customer service
sonja cReturned truck with extra gas. Owner still charged me a $24 fuel charge. I drove 30 miles in a 10 foot truck that gets well over 10 miles per gallons and put 3 gallons in it. How can i drive 30 miles put 3 gallons in and still be 4 gallons short. Owner would not listen to me.

SHANNON BI was trying to pick up the in the evening. Your website was not working and no help on the phone hold time was 45 mins. The owner was there and would not let me in to get the truck. I will not use uhaul or Anthony's again.
RYAN SCalled twice to get help with some question during business hours. First left a message on an answer Machine second spoke to a gentleman who was extremely rude and simply responded with I'm just a mechanic I can't help with U-Haul and took my name and number… No one called back. I ended up having to call CC and waiting on hold for 30 +minutes to get my questions about drop of answered. Next I was then charged the extra fee of $114 due to the mileage again having to call into CC to have all questions answered.
Morgan RIt was a drop off. I dropped it off a day early. They didn't bother to check it in so I got a call from uhaul asking when I was going to turn in my truck. Make sure it happens correctly.

JUSTIN VThere was a loose front bumper which was already there prior to the rent, but I was not told. I called the lender as soon as I found the damage, because I was not responsible. What the lender did was that he started raising voice with rage, and he called the drop off location told them that I broke the bumper, so charge me for the damage. This lender is truly dishonest. My experience with him was horrible. I will never have a business with him again.

Joseph PI returned the truck I rented with the gas gauge at the VERY EXACT SAME INDICATION it was at when I took possession of the vehicle. When I got my bill later in the day via an email the rental agency had charged me an extra $11,25 for gas. If U-Haul does not make it right with me it is GOOD BYE U-Haul forever and HELLO Penske Rental.

William CYour advertising is misleading. $19,95 a day for rental is not accurate. I spent $116 for use of a truck for three hours. 99 cents a mile makes a move very expensive.

Art TYou are having a problem with the drop off location. It seems the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. At pick up I made arrangements to drop off at the nearest place to to where the vehicle was unloaded. A few hours I received a message you wanted me to drop the truck close to 100 miles from completion of use. I had to explained ther was a drop off point approximately 17 minutes from completion point. Why would you want me to drop off that distance costing me money and not consider a much closer drop off. Point. Possibly some training could help.
Bill KThere was no one there when we turned in the truck, nor even an hour later. We left the keys in a hole in the door. UHaul called the next day to find out when we were turning in the truck.

clarie aThey were a blessing during mu recent moving experience. When off loading from the moving company, the expected fear of not having downsized enough became a reality in nightmare form. They had an open storage unit and moving truck available immediately with absolutely no paperwork red tape! A Blessing!!!

ROBERT RDrop off was quick and easy due to drive thru trailer slots and friendly help to detach the trailer. At the Main Street location I was directed to another location a few blocks away where they had a much larger storage lot with easy access.

Barbara FI was very pleased at first with the location very friendly and helped with everything. I dropped the truck back off the same day I picked it up and left the key in the drop box as was explained to me but now I am being charged for three days because the location did not check the truck back in until today. This is unacceptable practice and I want the charges fixed so that I am not paying an extra 100 dollars for something I did not even use.

susan dThe uHaul experience before picking up the car dolly was horrible. It took 2 weeks before we could get one. Good thing we weren't moving and needed one right away. Then we had to drive over 70 miles to pick it up in Florence, AZ. We live 20 miles outside of Globe, AZ.
