He was also told on the phone about the locks since I had to leave the truck in an empty dirt lot.

I was sent 3 different locations then finally had TL to drive the load truck an hour out of town to pick up tow dolly. Experience was horrible, you would think for the amount of money I was paying for the rentals a tow dolly could/ should have been brought to my door!

James LingenfelterLocation is ok but no one is there to help with issues. I was supposed to pick the truck up Monday at 4pm...the key was missing and was told I'd have to go to another location further or wait till the next day. Which caused more issues because we had friends only available that night to help move heavy stuff. So not getting the truck threw off our schedule which caused us to have it longer and this terrible company charged more even though the only reason we needed it longer was because you screwed us out of having it night one!

Richard KelmThis place was supposed to be closed. The owner, tried to have us pick up our dolly Friday before we even got the truck. Luckily he decided to be nice and got the truck to his location and came in on his normal day that he was closed so we could puck.up. uhaul did everything wrong here. But Anthony turned out to be nice.

Susan LainRental truck was all fine and dandy, definitely damage beyond what was marked and was provided equipement I did not rent so I will be double checking my charge, but the *best* part was when I came back to return the truck, even an hour before my scheduled time, and I came to find my own personal car locked on the property by a chain and with no way to get in contact with someone to let me have that! Thanks so much! Not like I needed that or anything :)

Thomas Rankinthe tow dolly we used had a flat spot on it, we drove Florence Az to Bishopville SC Mid way on our trip as I was inspecting our vehicle i notice that the tire had a wore spot about 2" round. We had to stop and try to find a U-Haul service center or road service on a Sunday. It took over tow hours for customer service to respond, by then we found a U-Haul in Elk Ok. that was able give us hand and got us back on the road. We were already about an hour on the road before we got a call back form customer service.

Sherill UleryClosed upon arrive 2 hrs before posted end of business hours. Truck was not on site it was in an unmarked dirt lots. Took 45 mins to get mobile check-in completed to get keys, truck was dirty with unmarked damages to outside, did not have a full tank of gas and the check gas cap indicator light was on

Mary HolmesTruck: 1) needs a tire balancing. 2) Since user is instructed to check and add oil on long trip, a notice of what oil grade is required should be clearly posted. I could not find/determine. Tow dolly: 1) should have tires rated higher than 62mph. 2) 1 tire was 65psi; other was 40psi. 3) rubber chain safety-grommets need replacing. 4) would be nice to have a hitch locking mechanism. I had to rig something up after rascal teens 'stole' the trailer to take it on a 'joy ride(drag)' around the neighborhood. lol On the bright side, I love the new trailer hitch lock/latch system. So 'idiot-proof' even I could manage it. Thank you. :-)
Timothy ReasonerThis man called me demanding to know where the truck was even though I reserved it for 2 days, he was beyond rude. When I returned it he told me ibwas at the wrong location and gave me horrible directions to a different location. By the time I got there they had been closed about 10 minutes so I left the keys in the drop box and that a-hole charge me $56 for missing/damage with no explanation. Nothing was missing and nothing was damaged.
CHARLENE BriggsNo one was there and could not reach anyone by phone so had to use drop box. The next day my credit card was charged for a cleaning fee. We left the truck clean but since no one is there to inspect they just charge everyone a cleaning fee. I have talked with other people who have had the same experience as me.

David BuellHad to drive 40 miles to pick up the trailer and when I arrived there was no one at the facility. I waited an hour before anyone showed up. The phone number at the facility simply said@Mailbox was full!" The local number was not helpful either! Terrible ! Very unorganized! The man in Florence called me and told me we could pick up the trailer that morning instead of after 2pm. So when I rushed to get there. No one was there to help me. It was an extreme waste of my time. I was able to pick up the trailer after waiting over 2 hours.
JAMES LANEThe equipment was missing a license plate. We also had to wait for the owner to return to the premises and help us with the equipment, even though the store was supposed to be open. Otherwise, the gentleman running the store was friendly and showed us how to hitch the trailer. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and did what he could to assist.
Paul MuscatI've tried numerous times to contact the business about an additional $60 charge they billed my wife's credit card but they don't answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. Horrible customer service.

eugene metzI dropped the truck off and used the uhaul.com/share to drop off. The cell service was really bad and the uhaul website kept blacking out and I couldn't get the truck returned. After being there for 40 Mins, the website finally worked and I was able to return the truck online.

brittany LongoAnthony's Auto Care - 7732 was where I rented a dozen packing blankets. Anthony is one of the nicest people on earth and is a very savvy businessman. I've been dealing with Anthony for some 20 years, not necessarily for the U-Haul part of his business, but in general. You are extremely fortunate to have Anthony as a U-Haul dealer, as he is very conscientious, professional and welcoming while being a serious business man. In all the years I've known him, he is as honest as they come and always welcomes EVERYONE with one of his great big smiles. He's as astute business man that can always be trusted to do his level best to accommodate you for any reason that you have to do business with him. I was extremely grateful for the use of the blankets and was able to return them well within the 24 hour period.
CATHI FIALANOPE. NO UHAUL! I say stop using them and put them out of business. I would NOT recommend to a friend. I have been doing business there for years, always stuck up for the bad comments they received on UHAUL website and Facebook, BUT... I finally got to experience what others have been saying!! Rental for $29,99 a day, rented for 2 days, full insurance coverage. I DROVE ONLY 12 MILES... did you Hear that? 12 Miles. I put over 3 gallons in the truck ($12), returned it with the gas amount I had received it with and NOW THEY ARE BILLING ME FOR ALL KINDS OF CRAZY. Saying it was short on gas (well there is pictures to prove it!!, I asked for copies of the pictures which I have never received on the check out app. Billed me for an additional 9,1 gallons of gas (NINE), billed me twice for the insurance. they send me (Corporate) all kinds of emails, I told them when I turned truck in the fuel issue was wrong, I drove 12 miles. I help a family here in Florence that had a house fire, move the belongs to storage. We made 3 trips here in town. 12 miles is what I drove, with the 3+ gallons I put in and the 9 they claim they HAD to put in that is over 12 gallons of gas. So you mean to tell me their trucks get 1 mile to the Gallon? They are thieves. They don't want to do anything about this mistake? DON'T USE UHAUL PERIOD.

TERRIE DICKERSONWhen I picked this unit up there was nobody available at location had to go to another location to meet owner and come back to original location to pick up trailer. Was givin an unnecessary attitude from the owner Anthony which he apologized later for. Got to my destination and there was boxes inside I had to remove to use the trailer and now just seen a cleaning charge on my account that I will be disputing. The trailer was returned in completely better condition then I picked up and I am charged for cleaning. This is not right by any means and I haul should be ashamed to have this company contracted. I continuously rent trailers I have never left a bad review period until this. My experience has always been pleasant and I would have left it alone till I seen a charge for cleaning.
