It was nice to be in and out when picking up our moving truck. The personnel were friendly and helpful.

Richards JKinda sucked how i litterally reserved a trailer at another location A WHOLE DAY PRIOR and it wasnt there and this location gave me the wrong trailer anyways it was too small for what id originally explained very clearly so i had to waste damn near $200 dont think id use uhaul again if i had the choice even asked for a discount for the inconvenience and was told i can have the trailer a day longer 🤦♂️
Tristen MWhen I dropped the car hauler, I was told for me to unhitch the trailer from my truck that it was my responsibility to unhitch the trailer, other times when I had rented a trailer somewhere else or another location they did the hitching on the trailer and unhitch the trailer but this time I had to unhitch the trailer my understanding is that the U-Haul location has the responsibility to hitch and unhitch the rental equipment for safety.

Viki MAt first this was difficult to find the main entrance, luckily the security guard was amazing and let us through. The app did not work out there so I basically parked the truck and dropped off keys.

I highly recommend this place to anyone and it's my first time using them for U-Haul service..

MARIO MWe’ll they said the truck 26ft got 10 mpg and no way in hell,figure on 6-7 at its best,but it worked out perfect for me,just lots of $$$$$ in fuel to get to my location …..but overall I would do it again,but you better have a lot of $$$$$ for fuel
Scott oTruck was just returned when i picked it up. The back had been swept out however, the cabin was not cleaned out. There was trash on the floor and the widows were filthy.

leonard bThe location I picked up at was very nice. My issue is it was 45 minutes on way from my original pick up location. No one called me the day before my pick up so at 7pm the evening before. I called and the customer rep seemed confused. He did add 50 miles to my overall mileage but didn't help the extra 2 hours I had to spend picking up the truck at a different location..

Shelley WWhile in transit and unable to access my phone or the internet my drop off site was changed without my knowledge. i did not discover this until I arrived. I was supposed to drop off at 9am at a location close to my new rental but the location was changed to across town at a place that didn't open until 10:30am and I was unfamiliar with the area. The staff I delt with in person were amazing it was the people behind the scenes that caused me and my ride a good deal of stress.

Douglas RNOT my original pick up location. THEY DID GREAT knowing how frustrating and unprofessional U-Haul.com and U-Haul customer service had been to deal with. You should ask for reviews on the web and phone side of your services, they are NOT good.
Sam FWould have loved to have a power port to plug in my GPS so I didn't have to use my phone. Other than that everything was perfect.
