This representative was very helpful and outgoing. She gave us her undivided attention and took care of everything. Excellent service. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. My son forgot his toy there and she called me to let me know and saved it for him. The truck was ready and clean when we got there.

I filled the tank past the level required. I was charged for 1 gallon. With the gage on the truck no one could tell if it was 1 gallon short. That is an excessive charge that you probably do on all contracts. Not good business practice

Clerk was not there for time guaranteed and had to wait for him to return. Truck was filthy and clerk did not want to change the truck although there was another available; and when returned clerk was not there to receive truck when it was during hours of operation. Lastly the clerk applied an excess fuel cost. To improve customer should have been compensated or discounted for the inconveniences.
