The man running it was friendly the tow dolly was broke light was out that after he tried t o fix fell out while traveling so I had only one light and could not drive at night took to a uhaul to get fixed and a guy was rude told me call 1800 number was a very bad experience

I did online and paid $7.00 for furniture mover but did not get it, it was not in the truck. The check in and check out process online was very time consuming and redundant, will not rent this way ever again

I had to cancel my original order and talked to a U-Haul agent on the phone. She was rude, disrespectful and just mean. I ordered the Appliance Dolly THROUGH HER and there was not a dolly in the truck. I had to stop everything and go to another U-Haul store to pick up a dolly. That was 30 min out of my moving time. It was NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Clint is an excellent customer service rep. Very knowledgeable on the equipment, assisted in hooking up the trailer. He is definitily an asset to Uhaul, very good rep for Uhaul. I will definitively recommend his location to my friends.
