Cashiers acted like we were a bother, they were friendly towards the end.

Edward HaddenI have a long standing relationship with Arey Building Supply. They are always friendly and helpful. This was an easy transaction to complete since I did the on-line check-in process. The only issue appeared to be the slow U-Haul website. That was according to Dave who did the work. Two of the yard workers helped me hook up the trailer so that also went very easy. The trailer was in good condition.

Robert SouderLeft ramp 'clicked in' but then fell off while loading vehicle. Had to use logs to ease vehicle off bed of carrier. Almost dumped vehicle totally. If we find any damage to undercarriage will be contacting uhaul as we had bought the uhaul insurance
PAUL JUDGEThe enclosed trailer did not pull well at all going to Syracuse and then once we got to our location, opened the door, the two walls were wet and water all over the floor, when I got my furniture home, we had streaks of white paint on it from the wet walls. I did advice the rep when returned and he was going to do the follow-up and place it out of service.

ALAN FASSETTThe most challenging aspect of picking up the U-haul after hours was our struggle to connect to the internet. We live in a rural area and we kept losing a signal and were walking around the parking lot in the cold trying to stay connected. Also, the check-in process seemed cumbersome and very time-consuming. It took us a solid hour to get all checked in to access the key to get the truck.

Avery BoardmanMake sure the unit is clean and at least the windshield wipers work. It is very disappointing to pick up a truck and can't see out of it, and it has been a must that I have to fuel it up prior to packing. The last thing someone wants to do is search for an adequate fuel source prior to using the OVERLY expensive rental. By the way, rented a 20' truck this time to go from PA to SC it cost me almost 4 times more than when I rented a 26' to go from SC to PA a year ago!!!!!!!

These two ladies are knowledgeable, professional, and relatable. A+ for each of them!!

michael clarkPrevious customers information was in the truck still. I went through the mobile check in as directed by my reservation email only to find out I still had to go to the counter which means waking all the way around the building. I stood in line for 15! Minutes (it's also a hardware store). When I finally got to the counter I was scolded over and over for using the mobile checkin because it was her job to do this. I try to tell her I followed the directions but it didn't seem to matter. I waited to rerun the U-Haul till after they were closed and paying extra just so I didn't have to interact with her again.

LOUIS ALTIERIThe packing blankets and handtruck should be an option, not something that takes up space that I am paying rental for. I would love a response to this and a reason that corporate headquarters has determined that you don't have a choice but to negotiate your things around an optional rental item that you don't want, nor did you request. In fact, I asked that they be removed and was told that they were not able to be removed unless they were rented. This is ridiculous. Seriously people get it together.

Bryan BrianThe staff were amazing and friendly! The process was quick and easy. The only problem is that the truck was dirty when I picked it up. When I dropped it off the next location tried to charge me even though I actually CLEANED the back before putting my things inside.
