I had to leave work early on multiple occasions to meet the move-in move-out times/office hours. Maybe having an electronic process could be helpful. Just a suggestion!

Unfortunately a shipment of concrete overlay had arrived on the intended closing date and could not be stored at the new house. These guys accepted the freight for me, set up an account and storage unit and were amazing to work with. If I could give them more stars, I would. They were incredibly communicative, helpful and friendly. Definitely will use them again, and have already referred them to my sister that lives here.

John R | Expérience générale4/5 stars. I stored my belongings there for about 18 months, managers were great. Drive up access was awesome, and the place felt very secure. I was a little bit disappointed in the fact that the actual dimensions of the units (I had two) seems to run about 8 % smaller than advertised. Also, strict policies on late fees and mandatory insurance of their choice seemed a little heavy-handed/greedy. I would consider using this place again, but i would shop them.
