was told I would not be charged for the extra miles. This is unacceptable due to your people do not know how far it is to Arlington Washington., I did not take the fastest route thinking if the truck broke down I would be in the middle of no where. I drove down hwy 15 towards la then cut up to 99 then I 5 . No one told me which way to drive. I was looking out for you and me just incase the truck broke down. I have used u haul alot and never had this problem before. I will contact anyone that will listen to me to get this resolved

Currently, I have been charged four separate times by uhaul pickers of Arlington. I only rented one truck one day from them.

Abel V.If doing online, beware that the app or website will fail and you won't be able to return the vehicle correctly. Plus there wasn't a parking spot open and had to park on the road by the curb, luckily the owner texted me that parking it there was okay. In the morning when picking up the rental, it was stuck behind another rental so I had to wait an hour for an employee to come into work and move the u-hual in front of my rental. My biggest advice, don't rent outside of business hours.

HOLLY B.I was directed by U-haul to take the U-haul trailer to a U-haul location that was much further away (20 miles or more) then to drop it off at my local neighborhood U-Haul dealer that was just two miles from my house. This made no sense to me! This cost me extra time and money to return trailer at a much further location. You can improve on your rental return locations for your customers!

DAVID A.I was unimpressed by the order of operations in the truck locating+approval stage. I would have been happy to provide all of the information for verification and approval beforehand if it meant not having to stand in the wind and rain for several minutes having already found the vehicle, waiting for approval from some agent on the other end of my phone browser to give the go-ahead for me to proceed. Truck had some minor dings on the front which weren't mentioned in the vehicle description so I photographed them. The fenceline on the drivers side was hiding some scrapes on that side which we couldn't see until we were able to move the truck out of its parking space. Other than that, experience was okay.

THOMAS S.The only real issue is that because of the location, it's difficult to get in and out with a large pickup. Not much to do, unless the parking can be rearranged somehow. As far as it goes, the young lady that helped me was great, friendly and did a good job. It's in kind of a strange spot, a place to buy and sell used stuff, but even so, it was very interesting. Other than the access issue, I have no complaints other than the damaged areas should be marked for the renter's safety as far as damage charges go. The trailer worked fine, but it was pretty dinged up, and if I hadn't taken photos which she also suggested, it's conceivable I could have been held liable for the damages.

I was told to go to the Arlington location--- MILES away-- thru traffic to get a different trailer. So Lynnwood "bad" -- Arlington "good".

SHAYNA FAITH D.The only complaint I have from the rental experience is the distance I had to drive to pick up the truck. It was a long ways from my location. Don't you have uhaul employees who can shuttle trucks to closer locations based on reservations? If that was the case it would have been a very seemless experience.
KYLE L.Don't wait until 8 minutes before pickup to call and tell them that the truck is not at the requested location and must be picked up 20 miles away. It worked out for me because the truck was near where I was picking up the furniture. Otherwise, that would have been $92 in mileage just to pick up from that location.

Debra T.The cab of the truck we received had dirty floors, sticky cup holders. Garbage on the dashboard. Exterior of the truck had road grim and covered with dry bugs. And the pick up site was not the same location that we reserved. Over all we were very disappointed.
Scott W.Spanaway had given us an extra day. We checked in and returned our equipment by 9:00 am. He still charged us almost $100 in extra day fees because he waited to check us in until after 10:00 kinda shady. I will be going in to show him our original contract.
