Ensure that the equipment is clean and that the wheels/hubs are not bent.

CHARLENE STruck had a major problems. After an hour going down the hwy it started bouncing up and down. Like speed bumps in the road. Slowed down to 30mph still did it. Maybe one wheel bearing locking up. Stopped, checked tires, everything looked ok. Then drove ok. Happened twice. Then drove the last hour ok. Boxes shifted everywhere. Damage to top of old drop table. And antelope lamp stem.

Ken HRep was annoyed that we interrupted his day. Was upset that we ordered the truck with little notice. Next time we need a last minute van we'll just use Home Depot. Driver side seat was also broken and not comfortable. Good thing we only had a short distance to travel.

Shunda Gthat lady worker there be educated about online application and do her work even it business hour close. 10 minutes before office closing you rushing customer out stating you closed out the return when did do until Monday and add additional charges. Good thing that U Haul Customer Services our great and knowledgeable, friendly. Just want use this location again but I will continue to use U Haul.
linda lThis is not due to location. When selecting trailer I was hoping to get the utility trailer with motorcycle wheel choke as seen on picture. There was no option to select specifics. When I got to location they only had one utility trailer with no wheel choke. I had to make due because i was already late. Its not ideal to tow a motorcycle without a wheel choke but I had to make it work. Website needs to have an option to select specifics so we can get the correct trailer at locations that have them.

Tommy YOvercharged for an extra day and extra safe tow fee when I was told I would not be charged for Sunday since they were closed and I had gotten a 48 hour rental and they closed on Saturday before my rental time was up
Kim MKeep doing what you are doing and don't change a thing. This location went out of their way to change my reservation and even let me keep the truck overnight. Very impressed!

Julia EThe uhaul was very clean inside but very very very dirty outside covered with thick mud the entire truck was covered in mud , we were almost embarrassed to drive it, I asked if they could wash it or refund us to do it but the answer was no so we washed it anyways because it was filthy outside. The office had a very very bad odor/scent making it hard to complete paper work inside the office due to the bad Odor / scent. The staff was very nice.

Dann MI used to rent uhauls all the time for work. I couldn't stand this location. I have had problems every time I have had to go there. I would never pick this location.
