The experience was nice at this location. The only issue I experienced was selecting my drop off location. I selected 7043 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231. Once I got there the next day, the staff did not allow me to drop the rental off at that location. I had to take the truck to another location, which made me late heading to the airport.

DAVID DIn my personal opinion, anything larger than the smallest panel van (basically all vehicles with an overhead door on the cargo area) should have a ramp.

JUSTIN WI would not recommend U Haul on Broadway Ext in Edmond. I gave my son my ID and credit card to rent it. I am disabled and let them know. They insisted I come up or they would not renr me the U Haul. I arrived st 7:03. They did say they were closed now. In desperation we called the Arrowhead U Haul took my money over the phone and said we could pick it up anytime. We didn't know that they have 24 hour service. I want on line the asked me for my ID and photo, insurance card. On line they walked me through the process. No problem and they were great to me. I will never rent from U Haul on Broadway ext in Edmond again. They could have told us that either we could pick it up after hours or let us know that one was around the corner 2 miles away. They were rude and nasty. We found Arrowhead U Haul on our own. Arrowhead U Haul was wonderful and il would use them again, nice friendly and very helpful rated 10 I am rate Broadway Ext a 0. I almost went another trucking Co. They were mean and nasty.

Michael JOverall disappointed with uhaul, not these particular locations. We reserved a large truck and less than 24 hours of moving we' were notified nowhere near us had one.

Matthew DThe location was closed. There was a sign on the door that they had closed for the day. I received a text about 30 minutes before I dropped off that others were needing the vehicle I had, so they wanted to know when I would be returning it and then I showed up and they weren't even there. I never received any follow up that they received my vehicle and that it had been returned. No communication what so ever.
