The mobile system is extremely tedious. I wasted 30 min of my scheduled time just getting to the keys and thru the process. I will never use that system again
Jennifer SIt would be better if customers could complete the drivers license information as part of the pre-check in. I had to call customer service on the day of the rental due to the system being slow. Customer service representative was extremely helpful!

Cody GTruck was dirty at pickup location. I had no contact with the tattoo parlor people. The truck was unsafe to drive so I call your 800 number and you sent a support truck to try to fix it. He declared it unsafe to drive and sent a tow truck to haul it off. The truck should never have been rented in such poor shape. Clearly there is no quality control or maintenance checks performed prior to equipment being rented. That role is left to the hapless customer. I pickup another truck the next day and drove it to San Antonio. The tires on that truck were so out of balance they felt square. It was a miserable drive. Next time I need a rental truck I check with Budget, Penske, or any other company before I call U Haul again.

mike cThey do not open until noon and somehow mixed my information up from two day rental I'd already paid for to q one day rental. Charged me an extra 60 with no notification and now I have to have the area field manager fix and he doesnt answer the phone.
Matthew CNot at location requested over a month before needed. Place of pick up was not open and general manager of the area had to come. Due to this, we were late loading and prepping. Location did not have blankets we had to go to another place to pick up. The general manager did accommodate with this issue. He was very helpful but u haul themselves were not.
