Because of our poor experience and the having to wait to get the non working equipment fixed in a snow storm far from home we were given an extra free day. please remove that charge.

Customer service was awful and no one seemed willing to help.
Last minute change to pick up location was frustrating. It all worked out, but was very strange and required both on line and telephone assistance. Code for the cargo door padlock was not communicated until I called them. Odd.
The back of the truck smelt like TRASH and SHIT. Every thing i own has to be deep cleaned.
Locks are pretty tough to use Not easy to work on it.
I took an Uber from Seatac airport to this location. You're looking for Uhaul markings on a building, however there was none. Unbeknownst to me, this was a mobile station. I almost thought that I was given the wrong address until I got out of the Uber to start walking to see if I can find a Uhaul building until I heard someone calling my name. The location is in no way a reflection of the people who helped me. They were pretty good. The vehicle was clean however down the road, I found out that their maintenance overfilled the truck with oil, which caused oil to leak and burn. Overall, the experience should've been better.
Pick-up location was changed twice, the second time with 1 hour notice. Choices were given - one on an island (requiring a ferry trip), one a smaller than ordered truck, the last 20 miles away through heavy traffic. I was late meeting the moving company. Pick-up location was an abandoned restaurant. Person helping me was accommodating, but I needed to use the on-line check-in and the application was not working. I drove away without having completed the process. Customer service person over the phone was unhelpful & unapolgetic regarding the inconveniences the multiple changes of pick-up locations. I've been a customer of U-Haul for 20 years. I am very unlikely to use U-Haul again in the future. This last experience was sloppy, unprofessional, and lacking in basic customer service. I am beyond disappointed. U-Hail made an already stressful and difficult move exponentially worse.
