The clerk was very attentive and helpful. He even went above and helped Me hook up my equipment not to mention the friendly service with a smile.
jose lI had to rent a U-Haul because the the bearings on my trailer went bad in hickory flat, ms. I'm from hot springs, ar and was on my way to Birmingham. I've never rented one before and was told to make the reservation online. Did that, however, it was optional to select a drop off location so I didn't as I didn't know. Somehow the contract stated it would go back to Ashland. If I didn't select it then it shouldn't have been changed without my consent. The trailer was also not hitched properly. My only positive was the flat tire was prompt fixed through U-Haul road side assistance.

KEVIN MThe clerk did not know how to do a u-haul pickup. It took a while and the location didn't feel safe. The truck was on empty when we picked it up. Our original location was changed last minute, making us drive a two hour round trip to pick up the truck before loading it up and driving 2,5 hours south to unpack it.
