Not having an office at this location was a bit of a pain. Mobile check in and checkout took at least 45 minutes out of my day. I know it's probably related to covid but checking in with an actual person is so much faster.

Deandre D.The whole experience if this rental was appalling. Booked at Little Falls only to find out truck was not available. They then moved the booking to Foley, MN sure, no answer to calls, no one there to collect that evening. Eventually turned up an hour late the following morning. Disgusted.
