Again had to vo to 2 locations our oringial location on Alabama refused truck and trailer the location where yo drop at was closed z d we couldn't disconnect or car from trailer so a 3ed location pit stop finally offered to take care of things for us they were most helpful

Did not have the blankets (12) that I ordered at time of pickup. I had already gotten home when I realized that they hadn't put the blankets in the truck. I noted that they closed at 5pm and hurried back to get the blankets. When I returned at 4:25pm they were already closed and I caught the last employee closing up. I inquired about the missing blankets and he gave me what he could find, approx. 6 blankets. He was going to get his boss to refund for the missing blankets but it didn't happen. On the other hand Aaron at the drop off location was the real trooper here.

There wasn't anything wrong with this location. The issue lies in the online servicing and billing. We were told that we would be charged 142 $after we added a day we were told the new amount would be around 195 $after insurance + 40 $day rate. After the contract was closed, they over charged us at 240 $and charged us for the original amount of 142 $. So we were double charged and incorrectly charged. On top of that, the phone lines are always busy and no one is ever available to take our call to resolve the issue. I don't think this is necessarily a front line worker issue. This is an internal issue that should be solved from upper management. Shame on you guys. Please call me to correct this concern.

It was fine, they were closed but the guy on the phone number on the front door answered quickly and made drop off very easy. The 4 star rating was just due to a lot of homeless/druggies hanging out around the parking lot area and I had my young son with me. Nothing that was your fault.

Waited 40 minutes even though a prezcheck in was done. Place did not tell us it would be closed qhen we dropped of and was not told how to take off the trailer or even where to park it.

It took me about 5 hours to get me on my way from the time that I picked up my original dolly to the time I had the actual one that I ended up with. What was a one day task turned into a two day ordeal that cost me lots of time and money. Next time I will think twice before I think about renting from u haul.

Had to have roadside assistance because truck wouldn't start after trying for more than 90 minutes. Luckily, I had already off-loaded and was ready to take it back .Tech came and it started right up. Got it back to drop-location just fine. Junior at AST Pitshop was very helpful. I'd return there because of his great service.

This location was amazing. No issues at all and the staff were friendly. Though I didn't have any issues with this location I did have issues with the location I came to prior to this one. I only came to this location due to the location where I originally reserved in advanced being overbooked and having no other available options. If it was not for this location I would have been unable to move which would have completely ruined my day.

I had a reservation for Monday, February 1, 7:00am. My pick up location was changed on Jan 31, to a location 17 miles away at 8:00am. I received a confirmation phone call at 7:30 am. I arrived at 8:05. I was sent to another location due to internet being down. The next location was unable to fulfill the reservation. I was sent to a third location, where I was able to obtain a truck. I was 20 miles from my home. You shouldn't have to go through four uhaul locations. JSWolverton

The truck got a flat in the middle of the road as I was pulling a trailer amd I had my 6 year old with me and they told me help with arrive in 80 mins and it took him 3 hrs to get there and when he did come he didn't bring the tool to take the spare tire off so he left and in the 4th hr someone else showed up but by that time I couldn't wait any longer with a 6 yr old on the side of the road so I had to call a friend to come help and ended up paying him 100$ outta pocket since he got there even before the second tire guy got there. Then while talking to dispatcher they didn't even offer me to comp that day wasted I had to ASK

I rented truck and appliance dollie. However, store failed to inform me that truck did not have ramp to move appliance onto truck. Had to leave refrigerator at apartment and move packed food to new apartment with no way to keep food, milk for mother and baby. Still looking for someone to move refrigerator 2 days before Thanksgiving! Thanks a lot!! Eula Mills

Awful experience with U-Haul. I was quoted an out-the-door rate of 774 $when I booked a truck for my parents' move. I just received the receipt and discovered hundreds of dollars in additional fees and taxes that were not part of my quotation. Now, I've been sitting on the phone for over 20 minutes trying to get someone at billing on the phone. Funny, I was able to get thru to Sales twice with no problems. This tells me that U-Haul values landing a sale over supporting their customers on the back-end. I want a credit for all the fees I wasn't quoted!

I reserved a truck through your online Uhaul app 2 weeks in advance and the morning I was heading to pick up the truck I called just to make sure the truck was there the idiot on the phone said no it's not here. I had to scramble to find another truck at another location. Absolutely no communication with me or any effort to help me find a truck. The representative I'm talking about is B & B rentals in Yucaipa CA. So frustrating and because I could not get the one way deal on the truck I had reserved it cost me a round trip and 200 $extra to return it plus 0,99 cents a mile. Thanks Uhaul.

Waited two hours on your slow ass system not this locations fault its U-Haul as a whole. U-Haul is overpriced and has horrible customer service this was my last straw. I already told my friends and family that I would rather help carry there furniture to their new place than use U-Haul again. Already lost you buisness good riddance ill use Budget next time

The staff help excellent. Great guys. Truck ran great. Don't think they had time to clean it before I took it. I believe the truck rentals are stacked too close together not giving the staff the appropriate time to clean them up for the next lessor. The General U-Haul phone system is compromised. The amount of times I was left hold, average 15/20 minutes each time, is ludicrous. My time is very important. The idea that U Haul is okay leaving their customers dangling on the line listening to U Haul advertising is showing that you that don't care. That being said, I was most impressed with (Honoree) at 602 263 6011, ext 850 881 (And) (Virginia) at 800 468 4285, ext 502 146. They were top notch in making things all work out plus, I did not have to wait long to talk to them. All and all, I'm sure I couldn't have done my move without you. “Thank You” Oh, in a another week or so, I need to rent another truck. I will be using U Haul. The drop off U Haul yard and staff were also top notch. Thank You Santa Rosa.
