Your whole everything online thing was bullshit and after spending three hours on hold and talking to customers service, I had to download your stupid appâ€¦ If your website doesn't work than why not just have the website say to download the app? We had confirmation for a rental from 4PM - 4PM the following day. When we arrived we were told we needed to have it back by 10AM if we took it. We rearranged our plans to accommodate this and then got a phone call at 8AM asking if we could have it back by 9AM cutting our time by 25 %. In the future I will look into renting elsewhere but if I have to use U-Haul, it will not be at this location.Jason S.

Fri. Mar. 18, 2022. Don't get me wrong. The actual employees were very nice, kind and knew what they were doing. I commend them for working there on Colton Ave. in Redlands. For what I am saying, the actual owner of this franchise ( the home office calls it a "partnership." ) is the responsible person for the "improvement" needed. Walls are filthy, told to not drop off after five yet no gate on site, employees late to job. That's the owner allowing this to occur. I told the man in charge that I would gladly clean and paint the walls, I could have easily dropped off the trailer after five with no problem Worker told me that thefts occur. Okay, If I drop off a trailer ten minutes after five, how will that cause a theft?? I believe that the owner who comes from a foreign country is bringing his own culture of complacency to our country. Other locations are clean, tidy and run a tight ship. This ship is about to sink. Again, the employees are nice. It is the owner of this franchise who needs some management training. Sincerely, Professor JimJim C.
