I don't know what I can say about the next customer but what I can say as for me that. I didn't understand how I reserved the vehicle online and totalled to a price. Then I get to counter there was totally different price. Other than that vehicle operated excellent.

You can actually have the Uhaul at the location available for me when I make a reservation and also make sure that people are on site. Very displeased with the service.

Cedric WThis is the worst experience I had with UHAUL, and I will consider whether to use you in the future. It started with changes to my reservation and me being notified at the last minute. I made my reservation with precision, but the day did NOT go as planned and cost me extra money because of these changes. The pickup location was not the safest, and in an inconvenient place for my needs; but the gentleman who assisted was okay. Due to the equipment not being available at the location and time I made the reservation for; I look forward to receiving the $50 credit as stated when my reservation was made and confirmed by the customer service rep who said a $50 credit would be applied to the card on file within 7 days. I hope I don't have to reach out again on this matter.

Timothy JThe person was on a zoom call and didn't not attend to my needs . I waited while he tried to charge his phone could t find the size . I waited for over 35 min left the premises later retuned cause I need the U-Haul at 3:30 as expected didn't get til 4:14 I would not return nor recommend this location . It's the HOOD!!!

ANDRE SFix your mobile app pickup/drop off. Also, confirm with locations that the location have trained staff to assist. It took 45 minutes which cut into my time. Also, the staff member at this location for the company was very rude and kept telling us he hated it and how he was told he'd never have to help us.
