The wait time, I had to wait about 15 minutes before I could get service it was only one representative and she was bust with another Customer.

RONALD S.The van smelled like a dirty animal lived in it.I wiped the buttons and dash down with pine sol and sprayed the cloth seats with Lysol and it still smelled bad in there I sincerely couldn't understand it.Good vehicle but it was stink and the buttons were dirty inside just being honest

RONALD S.We were just handed the key and told the truck was on the street. No one came out to adjust the windows or provide us with any guidance. Awful experience because, I could not adjust the windows which made driving quite difficult.
Donna R.Clean- No bcuz water and boxes left in truck. Not well maintained ad oil lamp was on and back door hard to latch closed... Rusty. Also, the mobile pickup is not efficient. I had to provide all the info and documents, and then wait too long for a code to open lock for key to truck. I had to go inside for assistance. What if this location wasn't open at 8:30am?

TYRONE S.Loring was great, but I made a reservation at another place prior to getting relocated to this place. Mateo on myrtle was the most unprofessional place. I reserved they said they gave out all the trucks. How could you give out all the tucks when people have reservations and count on the time because they have time restraints. They guy that was working the front was not the greatest when talking to him the first time. He tried to help, but no one gave us an answer, until they uhaul re-scheduled and downgraded to what was needed.

Abu N.We ordered a cargo van to pick up at your Fourth Avenue location in Brooklyn. The night before, we received an email to pick it up from East Flatbush, which was 30 minutes further out of our way. At this location, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They sent us to a third location. Ultimately, we were not given a cargo van but a 10-foot truck. Loring location was professional.

Tori L.Filthy interior. Radio was broken and we couldn't turn it off, lower the volume or change the station. We received an error message when trying to return the vehicle online and ended paying the $20 extra fee. There were no hand trucks available for renting despite our reservation for two. The gas tank was NOT half way as stated. Truck could not drive over 30 mph.
