Realmente muy sorprendido e rentado unidades ya por varios años y está locación en especial amerita señalarlo por su exelente servicio y trato muy eficiente eh imparcial cabe mencionar a una empleada esepcioal llamada Ana que siempre está pendiente de facilitar opciones a la hora de nuestras necesidades como cliente

MARK GI was able to reserve a week before yet upon arriving with the gate closed in 20 degree weather I was told by the lot attendant that the office didn't open until 8AM. I'm not sure why U-Haul allowed me to reserve for a time that wasn't available. Upon opening I was then made to wait another 30 mins because the truck I reserved hadn't been returned. It cost me money and time as my movers were already ready and waiting. The location staff was rude. They had a large kennel in the space with a dog that filled the space with urine smell. I was freezing and was told oh well here's the 1800 number. Never again will I use U-Haul if business is conducted like this.

JOSEM OI force no smoking in vehicles since the last two vans I needed to rent had smoke smell in them. The second thing is to keep up with the maintenance with the vehicles, since the van I just rented had a steering wheel alignment issue (steering wheel wasn't centered properly), and the rear tire was low in air.
