4x8 trailer. I was hardly on the property when I was greeted by personnel. He unhooked the rig, checked out electronics and I was on my way.

SUSAN BI reserved a 10-foot truck. Unknown to me at the time the facility was unmanned. After an hour and 15 minutes of trying to get your app downloaded and working I gave up. Then my truck was taken by another customer whose reservation was made before mine leaving me with no truck. Fortunately, there was another location in my town that had human's working in it. They were very helpful, but I was not able to get the truck at 10Am and subsequently was charged an additional $20 for dropping the truck off after 4PM which was the closing time. I was 10 minutes late dropping the truck off. Hardly worth an additional $20.00. I have always used Penske in the past and never had an issue with them. Perhaps U-Haul should model their customer service after Penske.

The person at the original location called another UHaul location on James Street, Attic Storage, who had the equipment. This cost me a drive and an hour of my time due to corporate UHaul's error. Not Happy

Chris BEasily the best experience I've ever had renting a truck. The owner was kind and helpful. The office was beautiful-- how many UHaul locations can say that?! The truck itself was the best rental truck I've ever had, too. Really great experience.

Brian LThe truck we rented had a leak in the roof which let rain in. Our mattress was soaked along with a number of paintings and a few irreplaceable keepsakes our children had made for us throughout the years. Not to mention all of our cast iron cookware that we found sitting in water. Now that's all going to need to be re seasoned.

Peter RThe gentlemen who helped us (who I assumed to be the owner) was very friendly and to business. The check-in was uncomplicated as I had previously completed the online process prior to us arriving. Pricing seemed reasonable for our one-way trip. We were in and out and on our way, which was very needful per our tight schedule. The 15' truck was not surprisingly a stripped down unit which made little difference to it's loading and traveling well! No mishaps to report but that the engine seemed to have a few rough running moments. Not sure what that was about but the gas mileage was not below expectation and it traveled through the mountains without any troubles. Overall my brother and I were very pleased with our rental experience. Merci.

Darryl BCargo van rental experience was top-notch from start to finish; vehicle had less than 3K miles on it & was very clean. Reserving, pick-up and return were quick & easy - very efficient office. Would definitely rent from Attic Self Storage again.

Bradley BThe team went out of their way to help me. OUr home was destroyed by Hurricane Milton and it took 7 months to repair. When the day came for us to move the small amount of furniture we had accumulated, the budget rental company we had reserved our truck with texted me 5 miniutes before pickup that they did not have a truck for us. Frotunately, U-Haul was only a mile away and when I showed up to see if they could rent us a truck, they made it happen and were very understanding. They made the rental process quick enough so that I could be ontime to greet our friends who were helping us move. Thank you to our U-Hoaul team and we are customers forever now!

SHAWN DI originally had a reservation for a location much closer to my home, but when I called a day early to see if I could delay the pickup by one day, I was informed that they did not have the inventory. I had to drive almost an hour to the new location. What concerned me most was that nobody was going to tell me this and if I hadn't called, it would have disrupted my travel plans.
