The location was clean and easy to register and get my trailer.

Thomas was very rude. Said he tried to call and text me but never did. Walked in to drop off truck and he started right in on why didn't I get back to him because he had no room for the truck. Then he charged us over $500 extra when we were told there was no extra charges. (That was taken off my card) glad all conversations are recorded!

It was raining and the rucks were parked so close together we had to move it to take photos. The parking lot was empty. It would have been nice to have the truck moved to the parking lot where it would have been more accessible in the rain and for the required photos.

I just don’t understand my bill. I was charged four different charges for my rental truck. It was supposed to be $29 a day plus mileage. Somehow I ended up getting charged over $200 for three days. No one can seem to explain it so that’s very frustrating to me. Maybe something is a charge that’s a hold on my card and will be refunded back. I don’t know. I’m going to give it a few days but if it’s not resolved, I’m definitely going to call.

The advertising in misleading. The $19.95 “bait” U-Haul has long advertised trucks for $19.95, often with the fine print that this is an “In-Town” rate excluding mileage and fees Truth in Advertising. In reality, mandatory charges such as an environmental fee, vehicle cost recovery fee, and sometimes a facility fee. It's not $19.95, I paid $57.00 for 1.5 hours.

I'm a little suspicious about mt check-in. I dropped off the trailer at 8:30 this morning with over a day left available for my use. I just received my "drop off" receipt via email a few minutes ago that said I dropped it off at 2:54 this afternoon. Was that a clerical error or did someone use my trailer and my excess time? I'm only concerned because if they had wrecked it on my time, I'm afraid U-Haul would've held me responsible because technically, I hadn't turned it in yet..
