Location was great, app was not. Kept saying it couldn't find my location so I couldn't pick up or drop off when they were closed. Pretty annoying when you are moving and have specific times.

Greogorio RodriguezBroken radio, broken seats, didn't matter. However the damage on the roof caused a leak into the box of the truck. It was not visible when we rented in a cloud free sky, however when the rain started it was quite evident there was a problem with the roof.

Jack CallI went 2 miles had the truck for a hour I put 1 gallon of gas in the tank and got charged a 5 gallon surcharge and I declined the 15$ safe move and got charged for it. I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK.
Scott AndersenAs far as pick up time, I had to wait around 10 minutes for someone to assist me, then as I got assistance it became suddenly busy. I came 5 minutes early and left roughly 20 minutes after my reserved time. The vehicle had less than 25 miles on it, which wasn't at all expected or convenient. Between the late departure and the stop I had to make for gas, I ended up being late to my arrangement. I feel an average experience wouldn't necessarily deal with all these factors, you'd pick up your vehicle on the agreed time, and it would typically have at least half a tank of gas. Both these factors are why I chose Below Average. I did not choose Poor because the customer service was good. Every employee was friendly and like I said, it did get busy as I was waiting. The vehicle itself was well maintained and the renting process was pretty easy (albeit slow). Overall, I think $70 was overpriced. This experience warrants more or a $50 price tag. I will most likely try Home Depot's rental as that would have ended up costing me half the price, so I would not recommend this location to a friend over others.

Justin LamontagneThe person who got our uhaul didn't really know what they were doing, couldn't explain anything to us. Needed Days added. Charged us for it then got a call from the drop off location I was late dropping off. The whole uhaul rental was the worst, and then had to go pick up an auto tow an hour away from my house, they split up my combo order and I started getting charged for safe tow and taxes separately. We used uhaul 5 years ago and had no problems. I was not happy with how our rental was handled. I don't think I'll ever use uhaul again

Christopher JacquesThe wind made the right side mirror spin and was useless for determining hazards on the right of the truck. The left side mirror had a crack. The windshield had a rock penetration in the view of the driver. This vehicle was very dangerous, and am extremely disappointed in uhaul. I would have turned around but had not realized the issues before becoming committed on the Highway.
Angela StrozewskiYou should have people upload photos of themselves and their ID's when they initially make a reservation. That way if someone is going to have issues with phones then they would know beforehand. Not right when they are supposed to be on the go with whatever plans they have for moving. I was late for pick up. So I understand that part was my fault as far as timing for online "pick up" was past. Now I'm sitting on hold (at least 20 mins so far) waiting to speak with someone about my card being double charged for 2 trucks and 2 insurance fees. Because the person at the location of drop off had no idea how or what the problem was.
