I entered the lot at the wrong location, and the one worker waved me on to come closer, but wasn't very helpful in telling me what I needed to do. (All he said was that there are signs telling me where to go, but that didn't help when I didn't enter at the right entrance and couldn't see those signs.) I pulled up and wasn't sure what to do, so I folded my moving pads and entered the store. They were nice when I realized I didn't have the furniture dolly and would have to come back in the morning (when the truck was actually due). When I arrived at the store the next morning, when it opened, I stood inside for a little while by myself until someone came. The gentleman was nice when he arrived, but told me I had my truck at the wrong location. This caused me to panic since I already had issues the day before with picking up the truck. I showed him the app with that location on it and he was then able to get me checked in without getting charged double. Overall, the experience was very stressful, but both locations in general we fine.

Computer system wasn’t working, didn’t have the appliance dolly and didn’t have enough blankets. Because system was down, couldn’t update my rental so still paid for it all.

Uhaul, please note your software to take pictures of the barcode on the back of licenses is VERY unreliable. I have a clean, clear license and it took SEVERAL minutes before it would read my barcode. VERY annoying. Other than that, this rental experience was excellent.

Truck had an exhaust leak, my son had to take trash out of cab and picked up with a flat tire. Truck was dirty when picked up. Tire had huge chunk out of it.Worst experience. My son also had to put multiple containers of oil in the truck.

The lady that operates the location looked like ahe just crawled out of bed. The smell of the office was horrible. I reserved a 10' truck but ended up getting and paying for a 15'. I reaerved an appliance dolley. When I got there, no dolly. She offered me a regular dolly with no strap. Oh wait, that went out with a different truck, but she was nice enough to let me use her personal dolly. This location is a rat hole. You really should inspect your locations from time to time. P.S., start with this one.

There was no signage indicating it was a U-Haul location. I almost missed it.

Calculate the miles based on initial destination plus distance to drop off location, and stop saying places are 24/7 when they have a locked barbed wire gate and absolutely nobody knows the code. This experience was ghetto, and abnormal. And customer service are not helpful.

Well for starters when i reserved the truck it was for a location closer to my home but i got an email 1 hr before pickup it was gonna be at another location -i get to that location to find out the truck there was reserved for someone else and the fill in there did not really know what was goin on-i got there at 11:50am and finally got the truck by 1pm ---it was totally ridiculous! When i brought the truck back she gave me the wrong paper with the gate code so i had to call customer service for a code! I will never reserve another truck from that location -i would rather wheelbarrow everything !

We used Augusta Road Storage for almost a year and a half. Linda was very accomodating and helpful. Would definately use them again if needed....

The lady was rude because I had difficulty getting license scanned. VERY displeased with the fact the U-Haul rental place 1 mile from my home had a 15 foot truck which is what I needed but I had to drive 40 miles to pick one up which added 40 unnecessary miles to my trip.

The lady was ver polite and courteous. She knew the ins and outs of storage management. I am glad to be doing business with her and her facility. Very clean and well kept.

Linda, the on-site manager, is very helpful and friendly. The units are clean and the price was lower than the 5 other facilities I had contacted in the area. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to friends and family!

I only had one problem, they redid the roof and alot of the debri got in my unit and rat poop was everywhere, other then that it was fine , but you should of given a discount for the inconvenience
