I have rented trailers and vans before from Uhaul. I have NEVER had such an amazing experience as I did Automotive of Fairland and Storage! It was easy to do, the most pleasant person ever to work with, made sure I knew everything I needed for my rental…. Even came in on her birthday to make sure we were taken care of!!!

Hey U-haul, 24x7 contactless rental is useless when we have an emergency at 1AM and the building is only accessible during business hours. Full marks to the on-site proprietors, misleading advertising and advisement from I-haul itself.

Lucas STanya was VERY helpful to me when UHAUL CANCELED my reservations and I have no idea why. All I know is uhaul caused me to spend a ton more money than planned because they cancelled my order. Tanya called customer support for me and was on hold for an hour ir two I think trying to help me. If it wasn't for her the uhaul would still be loaded. She saved this disaster of a trip. Last time I rent a truck and men from you. I'll have Tanya help me though. Because at least she cares. Uhaul? Not at all.

Daniel BMidnight, 49S in Mississippi, nowhere, the passenger rear tires blew. Pulled off safely. After a few minutes to gather my thoughts, I called uhaul. I got a very polite and reassuring lady. I told her I had a flat tire, 90 mins for a technician to arrive. Technician arrives and finds that i have 2 flat tires. Off he goes to get another tire. To make a story short. 4 hours later i am back on the road, which is great considering I had planned not to get assistance till morning. Fantastic customer service and technical support. Thank you so much. PS, did not cost me anything
