Hey U-haul, 24x7 contactless rental is useless when we have an emergency at 1AM and the building is only accessible during business hours. Full marks to the on-site proprietors, misleading advertising and advisement from I-haul itself.

Lucas STanya was VERY helpful to me when UHAUL CANCELED my reservations and I have no idea why. All I know is uhaul caused me to spend a ton more money than planned because they cancelled my order. Tanya called customer support for me and was on hold for an hour ir two I think trying to help me. If it wasn't for her the uhaul would still be loaded. She saved this disaster of a trip. Last time I rent a truck and men from you. I'll have Tanya help me though. Because at least she cares. Uhaul? Not at all.

Daniel BMidnight, 49S in Mississippi, nowhere, the passenger rear tires blew. Pulled off safely. After a few minutes to gather my thoughts, I called uhaul. I got a very polite and reassuring lady. I told her I had a flat tire, 90 mins for a technician to arrive. Technician arrives and finds that i have 2 flat tires. Off he goes to get another tire. To make a story short. 4 hours later i am back on the road, which is great considering I had planned not to get assistance till morning. Fantastic customer service and technical support. Thank you so much. PS, did not cost me anything

Danny HThe ramp on the 26' truck was only about 6' long-this made it extremely difficult & exhausting. We rented a truck from Uhaul exactly like this truck (26') and ramp was at least 10' about a month ago. I will definitely make sure to check ramp before I rent next time.

Ricky RVery helpful, very apologetic for the pick up agent's sloppiness and lack of follow through. Very easy return. The location is right on the highway so a very direct transaction. The pick up location was off the beaten path so to speak, but the drop off location was open, airy, and I think U-haul is her focus while someone else ran the automotive parts side of the business.

Christopher HVery good experience. The owner met me after work to give me my gate code so I didn't miss any work. The unit is in good shape and the grounds are secured with fencing and cameras.
