My only issue was with my initial rental location,1. Having only one vehicle to rent in the size I requested, 2. Not having the vehicle available (previous renter has had the truck for 30+ days) after reporting it was,3. Needing to drive even farther to pick up and return without compensation. The mileage cost is pretty high with zero perk miles. Customer Service was very helpful and their assistance was very much appreciated.
Pamela MWhen I made the reservation i called the Montgomery Highway location but the pick up was the Woodland location. The man inside was friendly but he was smoking and I couldn't even enter the building. the truck was $98 and the final quote I was given on the day i reserved it was $103 but the final charge was $121.00. They also didn't have a hand truck we could use/rent. BUT it was well worth it.
Sandra SNasty pet hair on the seats, no equipment that I needed and was over charged. I will not be using this location ever again.
Ashley WA dump. Scary drop off location. Not the best part of town and no one was at location to help me drop off dolly.
John LVan had dog hair in it, dog food in the back of the van, and a nasty smell. Just hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Michael HThe truck was very dirty inside and it smelled like marijuana. We cleaned it out and sprayed deodorizer in it.

Georgia ALocation seemed disorganized. They are running too many businesses out of the same office. Truck was not cleaned out, instructions were not properly given. Correct paperwork (including the estimated fuel gage) was not given, therefore I had to guess at how much fuel to add, and ended up spending about $20 too much refueling. I had originally scheduled to use the actual UHAUL location on Montgomery Hwy, but for some reason my pickup/dropoff location was changed, and I was not informed of this until I showed up at the wrong location. Location did not have the 4 wheel furniture dolly that I had ordered. I ended up hurting my back trying to move things I should have been able to roll. Overall, the worst, and probably my last, Uhaul experience ever.
PAUL BI got charged 122 for a 10’ truck and only went 11 miles The service was horrible no one will call you back and the truck transmission was bad it wouldn’t come out of second gear

Ernest Rwas suppose to p/up on Montgomery hwyat 7,15am when got there my reserved van was not there so the clerk found one avail at autopride. was not able to get until 9am that put me behind 2 hours getting on the rd . my bill totaled 97 and then another 21 filling up van b4 returning I should of been some sort of credit being had to get another reservation. at another place.

Stacey GI'm a FedEx contractor and we have been renting from U-haul for several years. This the absolute worst experience ever. The elder lady was rude when first arrived at the location. They need practice better customer service habits. Also, arrived a few minutes(10-15) late because of heavy traffic and I was charged and additional $60. Needless to say, I want be going back to that location.
JULIUS BI was not made aware of the $20 after hour fee. I was told that I had ten hrs and the truck had to be returned before 7 P.M. I returned it a little before 6:30 P.M. (CST) deliberately trying to avoid any extra fees. I even went under my milage for the same reason.
tahopsha bI had an appointment confirmed for 7:30 and was texted at the last minute to go to a different location at 7:30. That location did not even open until 9:00.

FELICIA RI got charged an extra $22 for dropping equipment off at the wrong location after being told I could drop it off at any location. This needs work.
Julie HHave the equipment of what I ordered/reserved. No appliance dolly. I live in an upstairs apartment and they gave me a furniture dolly instead. How is a furniture dolly going to go down the stairs successfully?

Pamala WLocation for the pick up was changed at 7:44 am on the date of reservation and the business at 219 Fortner was closed even though sign said 9-9. Called Uhaul and was sent to 985 Woodland Dr. This business was also closed and sign said 8-5. We were now past our guaranteed pick up time. Uhaul contacted the owner who arrived a few minutes later. We did not leave until 10:30 AM and have to have the truck returned at 10 AM the following day. We were originally reserved for a 9:30 am pickup. The on time and ready guarantee or $50 back was not honored by the authorized dealer, he said we would have to contact Uhaul to receive that. The bay of the truck was not swept out and had leaves and small debris in them.
Pamela WIt took almost two hours to rent a trailer. Has never taken that long when I have rented from a exclusive u haul store. The lady I dealt with was very nice however I was late getting where I needed to be because of it.

Stephanie BAfter spending the time at home to do the express check in online and it showed completed and said would save me time at pickup I still had to wait while agent manually entered all of the information that I had entered before printing a rental contract. Feel I wasted my time at home.
Gene MThe place I picked it up didn't hook it up right which is very dangerous. I had a blow out on one of the tires and it took almost 4 hours to get someone there to fix it. It wasn't a good experience.
Nicole AThis location is excellent but the U-Haul 24/7 pickup/dropoff process and app are time consuming and frustrating. Information is hard to come by. Even the 'chat with agent' was useless - they told me to ask the office. It was closed.
