The pick up via phone options needs some assistance with timing and redundancy. Also returning via app charged an additional 25 $cleaning feee as I indicated not ready for next family as I had leftover blankets I didn't use and had no way to take them from truck.

The only thing I did not like is the emailing of my receipt. I would like an email copy, but I do not like leaving a place without proof in my hand that I paid. For me, that's not acceptable.

The online check-in tool is awesome if you want to pick up early or drop off after hours. I turned the truck back in during normal hours and the staff was very friendly.

The online experience w was terrible and when I called for assistance, the customer service reps had a poor attitude and were not interested in supporting a positive experience overall. I'll look to work with other companies before returning to uhaul.

I had to call service to come out and fix the lights. Why would you rent me something that did not work? They knew and sent me on my way. suggesting that I call for them to come to my home. The gentleman was helpful, but it was an inconvenience to me.

The office staff was very friendly and helped to setup the trailer. The reserve, pickup and return was very easy.That was my second time renting the U-Haul trailer, always good experience!

We were about 100 miles down the road and noticed the wheel was hot. Called UHaul and was told there is nothing they can do. We continued on and luckily made it to our destination . It is obvious the wheel bearings were dry when we picked it up. Poor maintenance at the pick up location and horrible customer service from UHaul.

After trying to do the self check in I almost fell in the parking lot since it was later at night also not lit up and where they said to put the truck was already full of other trucks. Then after taking everything out of the cab and to my car and almost falling on the way to my car I avoided the area and went further down in the lot to go back and did end up falling in the lot. Got gravel in my knee and in my hand and ended up at the after hours clinic as well as I missed the camera I left in there since I wasn't able to get back in the truck and haven't been able to get an answer at the number to talk to a live person

My suggest is to avoid renting the vehicles during non office hour times if possible....the Uhaul app is cumbersome and expect 20+ minutes of wait time for approval.

This has nothing to do with the location and everything to do with uhaul. I arrived at the location after hours and wanted to drop off my trailer early because I no longer needed it and had no where to keep it. I called your road side assistance line to get help lifting the trailer off the hitch because I have a back problems and the trailer is very heavy. They needed a dolly to hitch it when I got it. I was denied despite buying your safe tow protection for 100 dollars. They wanted to quote me a price to come help me out and told me if I left it I would be deemed responsible for the trailer should anything happen to it. After 30 minutes of trying to get them to understand I simply took matters into my own hands and had to lift the trailer by myself. Your customer service reps are the worst. They wanted me to leave my truck and the trailer hooked up and come back the next day and when I told them I couldn't keep it with me because of space. They said I could leave it at an empty space. They would rather risk my truck getting stolen and trailer stolen than to simply offer help I already paid for.

The customer service experience that I had was awesome. A bit annoyance is with U-Haul's return policy. I am not sure why U-Haul does not have an incentive for early return. Although, I had booked for 2 days, I returned my equipment in 1,5 days; I was expecting to receive a credit for the days I did not use. Instead, I was told that I will be charged for full 2 days. U-Haul should be more flexible.

First would be to not let the website overbook at a location. I specifically picked the Inver Grove Heights location for a reason and because that location was overbooked, I had to go Eagan. It was a waste of my time. Second, the authorization process seemed like it took forever. The truck share wasn't a smooth process to begin with and that just made it longer. However, the location itself was great and drop off went extremely smooth and quick.

Overall, my experience was great. I appreciated how inexpensive and accessible the U-Haul was. It was perfect for what I needed. However, I had trouble checking out my truck after hours. I thought that, since I had it reserved for a specific time period, I could pick it up any time within that time period as long as I returned it on time. However, when I arrived an hour later than expected, there was no option online or on the app to pick up my truck, and I could not get hold of customer service. I ended up making a new reservation to get a different truck. Then, when I returned it, the app (on my iPhone) would not give me an option to return it, so my friend had to use his Android instead. To U-Haul's credit, I was not charged for the first reservation.

I returned my uhaul before the time it is was due after hours and was late because the uhaul website couldn't find my location even though my location was on. I had to call customer service twice and was late dropping it off. There were no clear instructions with dropping it off except for going on the website on the phone. There should be more CLEAR instructions.

I know the situation was bad because the agent was out due to personal reasons, but it caused a lot of issues. Our truck was buried in snow and we had to dig it out while waiting a significant amount of time due to the TruckShare people not knowing about the MNDot extension for people to renew their drivers license (because I have no idea where they were, but it wasn't MN). Overall I wouldn't go back to this location again.

The online check in/out system is terrible. There wasn't internet reception so it took over 30 minutes of me walking through the parking lot to get reception to get the truck. No phone number to call and no one at Autoworx was working.

It was a good experience but it would be nice to have an easy way to find out what truck availability was at a particular location at any given time. Check in was ok using app vs in person, no problems whatsoever,!

It was super easy using the app. It was totally no contact and simple to follow the instructions on the app. The key was in a lock box and when I returned it all I had to do was drop it in a return box. Definitely use the app.
