Fucking bullshit. Y’all charged me an extra 60$ in late fees, an extra 150$ cause I did an after hours drop off, when I was told it’s okay. 40$ in cleaning fees when I left the unit how I got it.

DIMITRI LThe location was fine, however the uhaul app wouldn't work, first we couldn't check in then after 2 hours and 3 calls to customer service I ended up deleting the app and using the website to check-in which worked great. 0 stars for your app.

Brad SI had difficulty with poor connection with my phone. The place was closed when I did the pickup. No help from uhaul when I phoned them. Moving is stressful enough without concerned about getting your truck. This experience has turned me off from using uhaul. I also had to return the truck to a site 15 kilometers away while there were at least 3 sites in the town I moved too.

Raye LNot happy we were staying in Salmon arm and were told to pick it up in Chase. Went to Chase and was NOT THERE?? Had to go all the way back to 30th st in Salmon Arm?? Wasted 2 hours and $50 in fuel. WHAT HAPPENED

Kelli TI specifically required a 6*12 trailer and the one they had the electrical connector was corroded. I could not wait for another trailer so had to take a 5*8 and it didn't work for my requirements.

Mustang COn the occasions that I have rented from Aviator, the app will not recognize my location on return. Other than that, all is good.

Allan HThe inside of the door was filthy and got a few things dirty. Water from the rain and road will splash up inside and get things dirty so maybe tell people to put a tarp or something over the end stuff.
Katie LIf it's 24/7 pickup we shouldn't have had to wait an hour to get it to activate. No person from the location answered or was there despite being open hours. Huge waste of time on our moving day. Also, when returning the truck - that didn't work either. Would never recommend pick up at a location that isn't open because the system doesn't work.

martin wWe were told the day before that there wasn't a truck for us, so had to dive an hour to pick it up and an hour back. Then told we needed to buy chains for the truck, just to have in the cab(even though there was no snow)Couldn't rent the chains, had to buy them and now I have no use for the chains.The app to return the truck wouldn't work, so after 15 try's gave up and finally got the dealer to return the truck for us. Not a great experience. Will not use U-Haul ever again.

shelley wBy checking in trailer when dropped off not putting it off and then call me 2 days later asking about the trailer and in the meantime when mentioned abut my deposit being back in a few days we'll that hasn't happened and is a week since I got trailer and will be probably a week since I dropped it off and not see my deposit, that is unacceptable.
John KThe only negative is the exorbitant fee U-Haul charges for dropping off the 6x12 trailer to a different city, It would have cost me $1500 to do so. Forcing me to drive 1200 km three times to drop it off where I picked it up. A total nonsense.

Trina PDespite paying for 24 hrs I was told that system shows that I must return the trailer at 9,45 am. Rental started a night before at 3,45 pm. I am not happy with.a rush.

Shawn Hthe pickup was average but the drop off was well below average. I was charged an additional $20 fee because they were not open because of the easter weekend. Even though i dropped it off a day early. That is not fair and it leaves a very sour taste with me. I called the drop off location and they said it was U-hauls policy, t have not been charged in the past for this!
