Vehicle has No Brakes. Had to drive extra slow. Vehicle struggled with a light load to haul. Vehicle was issued to me with Zero Fuel. Vehicle couldn't charge a phone. Worst UHaul experience ever. I will never rent from this place again.
CHANCELLOR PThe latch for the cargo door was extremely difficult to close and would take multiple tried to successfully close the latch. Need either lube or replacement of latch.
SYED RCatherine was very helpful and made our transaction easy. Top guys movers were very fast and they exceeded my expectations.

Dominique JWalked into the store to return vehicle keys and lady at the desk was rude from the moment I walked in. It is not my fault she doesn't like her job maybe she's underpaid but it wasn't like I was asking for any services for free. She had her earbuds in the whole time very unprofessional. Would not recommend this location as they obviously do not like treating customers with respect.
Estevan GTruck was old and seat torn up and the dolly was about the same. The pickup location was great and the person I dealt with helpful & friendly. Truck was fine for short in town use wouldn't take it on a road trip.
ANTHONY TWe arrived at 8:59, the door was open and we were told we had to leave until she opened! Very rude and we put gas back in the truck , only kept 51/2 hrs and was charged nearly 90 The truck was good.
JOHN NThe ignition is jacked up. The key insertion needs major work on it. The return process is complicated. What if customer doesn't have a cell?Please keep return process simple, if possible.

Militza RLocation was very convenient and easy to access. The truck was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Check-in process was quick and easy. Return after hours was also very easy. Would recommend this location.
Marc BThe lady that helped me with my rental was rude then later accused me of stealing the cargo van.. I was so confused because I thought the the offer of renting extending my rental was possible.. however, I was told that the rental will be reported as a theft- this was because I didn't get the opportunity to contact her and time due to my busy schedule at work. Nevertheless, I never perceived as the company perceived me as a thief or threat. I felt extremely targeted and traumatized..
Shontay SI think the post pics was a bit much, because when you are renting a vehicle, they don't go into that extreme before you rent. However I guess it's up to the consumer to get pics prior to renting.

Liz GThe agents were very respectful and helpful. I never have a problem when I go to the counter to check out or check in a truck. The only concern that needs to be addressed is the app for return of the truck or equipment when the office is closed. The app and the process is cumbersome and difficult to access from time to time. The process requires me to be at the location when trying to return the equipment. This makes sense, however, I've noticed that as long as I'm at the location, for some reason It is difficult to access the site. The site seems to be more accessible when I'm away from the location??

Kimberly HKatherine has great customer service she won't be up and Beyond to help me with the right size U-Haul for my purposes. Some crazy lady came in screaming at her as she was helping me. She was very professional and explain to the lady that she has to help the customer that's in front of her. You guys should be happy to have her in your employee she does a fantastic job

Holly MI picked up the truck and had ants all inside the interior. I also received the truck with a quarter tank full of gas. Although I dropped off the truck without refilling the gas, I was charged over $80 for a full tank to fill up.
Jared LThe last 4 times I've rent a truck, the pickup location always changes. If you don't have the items, then tell your customer you do. Account payable: we prepay in advance on are credit card, then you did not remove the higher charge after I had a lower amount. This last vehicle was not good. I told the location about the condition of the vehicle.
