We have rented many Uhauls and Uboxes over the years and this was by far the easiest rental experience ever! Things were quick and they were very nice!
Shauna PlunkettTrailer brake lights, turn signals, and tail lights were initially inoperative. The staff at the Marion U-Haul location got them working, but they failed again shortly thereafter. My husband drove behind the trailer the entire trip to Corydon so no one would tailgate and to prevent being rear-ended by someone failing to brake due to faulty brake lights. Trailer was fine otherwise and staff was very helpful.

April WeaverThe truck rental part was super easy but the picking up and dropping off was awful but times I was there over 25 minutes. The location just spins at this address through the mobile app. I had to go through customer service both times and no one was available for the drop off, I had to leave a message through Chat( after waiting 10 minutes for a response) only hoping you would receive it and I had return correctly.
Rhonda WylieThe uhaul I had received was tucked away in the corner of the lot in between another truck and a trailer, there wasn't enough space in between to get it out safely so I had to have a friend help me figure out! App was also glitchy and made the whole experience much harder.

Was making comments that they closed at 5 had dinner reservations and needed to leave this making herself rush with the computer and making paperwork difficult, really just seemed to make me feel like a inconvenience.
patti zinnCustomers should avoid this location. I reserve the Uhaul truck on-line for a two-day rental. Pick-up was at 12:30 p.m. When booking the truck, I declined insurance because my insurance company informed me that I didn't need it! We arrived at 12:15 p.m. to pick up the truck only to be greeted by a locked door and a sign saying out to lunch will return at 1:15 p.m. So, my wife and I had to wait an hour for the employee to return. Please note, we had people waiting for us to help load the truck. When she finally arrived, I asked her why nobody was available for our 12:30 p.m. pick-up. She informed me that she had to deliver a rental car and then got a bite to eat for lunch. I reminded her that we had a 12:30 pick-up and she apologized. I then asked why nobody called me to let me know the truck wouldn't be available until 1:15 p.m. She replied that she didn't realize there was a 12:30 pm pick-up! (ISN'T THAT HER JOB?) She apologized again. Wait, it gets better! Later that day, I receive a text stating that the rental trucjk was scheduled to be dropped off the next day (Friday) at the drop-off location. However, that was wrong because I had a two-day rental. I even took a picture of the on-line reservation where it indicated a Saturday drop-off. I called main customer service number, and the lady said she would extend it to Saturday for me as originally reserved. Through this process, I also found out that the lady at the pick-up location had charged me for their insurance coverage without discussing it with me. The lady is incompetent. When I got to the drop-off location on Saturday, the lady there told me I was charged for an additional day and that the truck was due there on Friday. Therefore, the lady at uhaul's main customer service number DID NOT give me the extension as promised over the phone. Did the lady at the pick-up location change my reservation to a one-day on purpose when I left her location? Just thinking out loud. Anyway, I showed the lady at the drop-off location the picture of the two-day rental agreement indicating a return on Saturday, and she corrected the issue for me. Finally, a customer service person at Uhaul that knows what they are doing My thanks to the lady at the drop-off location. She was super nice and very helpful. The lady at the pick-up location should be fired! I'd give a minus rating for her service if it was available! I wAWWill not rent from the Marion Uhaul location again. AWW Auto Rental LLC, 1871 S Western Ave, Marion, IN. Folks, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!

Patricia YorkEquipment was DIRTY ! cab was dirty, I have submitted pics at location PRIOR to even starting truck. I had to wipe down ALL surfaces, it SMELLED like a dirty apartment, I had to use lysol AND febreeze prior to travel. vehicle exterior dirty and box storage was not swept out.

KEVIN SCHUTTI think some specific signs telling where to park the vehicle would have been helpful. I did not want to get in the way of the business or customer parking, so I just ended up parking next to the other U-Haul truck that was in the lot.
