I reserved a truck at the warsaw location but when I got there the people there didnt speak English or no anything about the prosess he said do everything online I tryed for 2 hours and could not get it to work after I called someone else they said all there trucks were already reserved I went to 2 other locations till I found one it was a 4 hour process just to get one quite ridiculous I was told to call n get 50 dollars back it's just to much

Drop off location was no longer Uhaul services. Had to call Uhaul (on hold for 20 minutes) to find out where to deliver the truck. Next place did not have parking availability for this truck but did allow me to leave it

I am highly upset with UHAUL NOT THE LOCAL SITE...I REQUESTED A SMALL TRUCK APPLIANCE DOLLY AND FURNITURE PADS. THE TWO LOCATIONS THAT I WAS SENT TO 2 Miles apart didn't have either. I had to buy them myself and pay extra as well as milage to pick them up with the UHAUL. I will never recommend UHAUL TO ANYONE.

Truck had a loose gasket around front windshield which we called our pickup location to let them know. We didn't encounter rain so we were lucky

I want to commend Mittzi Jones for being there to assist in the receiving of the U-Haul truck I rented. Even though her computer was down and she should have been closed I was able to deliver it to her location. I knew I was getting close to the mileage on the contract and other dealers in the area wouldn't take the truck, she did and I was very happy. I would recommend her place if your looking to rent a U-Haul item because of her kindness and friendliness. She came thru for me when I didn't know what would have been the next step. Thank you again! ALso it would be great to have cruise control on the trucks. With most interstate driving and each driver wanting to save on MPG, this would be a great asset.

U-Haul was not able to accommodate our needs at the facility nearest our location. We had to drive 40 miles round trip to get the trailer we needed.

The additional items I requested on-line when I placed my order were not available. Even though I placed the order on-line - the attendant stated she didn't have it and everything had to be re-entered. When notified several minutes following truck pick-up that the air conditioning was not working - she stated she was unable to help us - call customer service. I would never use this location or recommend it to anyone. Since there were mechanical issues with the truck that were very apparent - the pick-up location must not have inspected the vehicle for safety and functioning prior to rental to the customer.

The worker at this facility would not let me hookup the trailer, she "had" to do it. Well, she didn't tighten down the tongue to the ball on my hitch, not at all!! When I began to load the car hauler, it jumped up and dented/scratched by pickup truck. It cause a lot of damage.

Have a jack available to lift the tongue to make it easy to connect trailer to vehicle hitch. It is almost too heavy to lift manually, even when empty.

The lady working here is very nice, but chatty, which is difficult when in a time crunch. I arrived shortly after opening to pick up my truck before movers arrived at my house. I got home and realized she did not give me my furniture pads. I had to go back to pick them up, and thankfully arrived just moments before the movers. It's a nice place, just not very time efficient when dealing with the stressors of moving.

It was kind of slow getting my receipt..The dollies was not in the truck and I paid for it ..and it was needed.. the attendant couldn't refund my money..so I have to wait til she talk to her manager..So am waiting on my refund

The lady working when I picked up the u-haul was the same as when I dropped it off. She was such a sweetheart! She made the experience easy and pain free. I'd recommend her to anyone in need!

From the ease of our initial telephone contact, through all of the paperwork and final documentation, Shelley was fast, efficient and helpful.
