The person who we worked with was incredibly nice! Welcoming and knowledgeable. We added the dolly and moving blankets. He was a step ahead of us and made this move fast and easy. I was very impressed by the fact that he treated us like "family"! We promised to come back and ship from his store should we ever find ourselves in the area again 珞. He was incredible!...... A++++

Staff had to call someone to finish my rental and it took 30 mins. He didn't know how to help me hook up my trailer but I figured it out. I needed an adapter for the electrical and they had no idea what to do so I had to call U-Haul and drove to another location to get the adapter needed. Call ahead if you rent here

This a mini mart that is very dirty and junky. Only one person working in the store and a constant line of people buying coffee, lottery tickets, and snacks etc. While he took care the customer we had to wait. Took and hour or more the sign the paperwork and leave with the truck. If that was the only place to get a u haul truck I would never use u haul. I needed blankets and moving supplies and of he doesn't carry any so I had travel 12 miles to a u haul store to get supplies. Using these little store is a dumb idea. It is a major inconvenience to your customers.

I expected to pick up the trailer at the original location but because it was one way I had to go to a different location which I did not know it opened at 9 am. Other wise the experience was great. Good People, just when making a reservation it should had already been explained that the trailer would have to be from a different location

I got first rate service from Jessie the U-Haul rep. He made hooking up the trailer with electrical a snap. The trailer itself was truly a beater

Send your customers to the owner of B Brothers mini mart. He was extremely nice and very helpful. He actually had to drive over 75 miles round trip to get the trailer so he could meet our time schedule. Would absolutely recommend him as the agent.

The truck had not been cleaned, the floor was sticky and still wet from whatever spilled before.

They only had one trailer. And I don't mean only one trailer among a bunch of other rentable equipment...I mean ONE trailer. Luckily it was exactly what I needed lol. But over all it served my needs amd the owner was super nice and polite. Transaction was quick. Even with only one item this place was 100 % better than the larger UHaul places

the trailer I rented had 2 holes in the tire I brought it to your local dealer on Auburn ave he told he could not fix it I roadside assistance they told me I would have to wait 75 min I had an appt and I could not wait so I took it back to the dealer I picked it from when I called cust service the told me I could not get a refund because I did not wait for roadside assistance and that I closed out my ticket this very disappointing to me I needed the trailer for that appointment its not my fault this happened but I ended up paying for I rent your trailers a lot but now I will have to reconsider my choice of your prducts

The location is a liquor store. My transaction had to wait while people bought lotto tickets and other things. I handed the cashier my reservation ticket, and they got my reservation wrong anyways and charged me for pickup instead of the trailer I ordered. I now have a pending transaction on my card for something I never ordered or wanted.

I was expecting a Uhaul center, to my surprise it was a Mini Mart. On the up side the owners were very accommodating and helpful. Drop-off was simple and I was out of there in no time.

The staff (Jesse) were VERY helpful! It is a little misleading that the pick-up location is a mini-mart but it worked out. We were very happy to see that this location was open until 11 pm!!! Otherwise, we would have had to wait until the next day to rent a trailer to tow our truck home (4 hours away). Jesse (U-Haul staff) knew exactly how to load our truck onto the trailer and get it tied down properly.

We made the reservation online and requested that we return the truck to a different location closer to our end destination. When we picked up the truck, we were informed that we had to return the truck to the same location...I think its a problem with the online reservation system and not this location. Otherwise, the person was very friendly and helpful, but it is at a liquor store and he was having to juggle us with the other customers who were buying alcohol and snacks. I'd suggest the daytime when it's not so busy.

Unfortunately, the prior driver failed to leave the key; when I arrive to pick it up, was unable to use the truck. I had a time crunch, so I could not take the alternative location offered which was another 20+ minutes away. The gentleman was finally able to assist me later in the afternoon, and he did what he could to appease me. The location is not particularly clean or appealing to the eye.

Jesse is personable and quick at getting you your rental. The 9' Cargo Van was spotless, and the A/C cool. I really appreciated that this location was open until 11:00PM, so I could return same day. It was a great experience, I had a wonderful chat with Jesse's wife, Angel, when I was returning the van, and I would rent from this location again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Jesse and Angel!

They need to have the cash register covered by another employee so the employee handling the truck rental is dedicated to that task only. It is a busy liquor/mini market he did what he could to get to us.

I fully expected to pick up the van at a location close to where I would be in order to keep mileage costs down. When I arrived there was a van parked in front but the facility was closed. I called the number in the window and was told I was at the wrong location as my reservation was changed by U-Haul. She explained a text message was sent and she tried to re-send it and I still didn't get it. She tried another way to send it and I received it. She gave me directions and I arrived to find a Liquor Store. I know the sign says "B's mini market" but me and every one in the long line with arms full of 24 ounce cans and 48 ounce bottles of beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages know it's a Liquor Store, which I never go to. Because the liquor sales were more important than the U-Haul rental I had to step aside and wait. Finally a man came from the back (really? Why did he make me wait?) and asked for my drivers license and credit card. I asked to see if he had a van first and he said "sure, I'll go get it." He returned some 3-4 minutes later with a van and I gave him my information and he went in back again. He then returned to get my mailing address and other info which he wrote on the back of a random register receipt and goes to the back of the store. Meanwhile I am watching the never ending line of people buying alcohol and money orders while 2 guys unload a Budweiser deliver truck. The man comes back returns my ID and credit card and explains the fees and asked me to initial confirming the mileage, amount of gas, and that there was no damage to the van!! I told him I needed to check out the van first! The delivery guy dropped a hand truck of cases of beer in the parking lot so now the place smells of beer and I can't check out the van fast enough and go. Upon returning the van the agent was the cashier and yes, you guessed it, I had to wait for the line to subside before being helped. And I paid extra (mileage) to be treated like this!!!??? No one should ever be subjected to that atmosphere and treatment without prior knowledge and consent.

jesse was a delight to work with and demonstrated his knowledge and understanding about the rental and u haul contracts. Extra time and milage was added at no cost (I did not need the extra milage but the extra time was very usefull as i had a bad battery that needed changed }

Location not clearly visible and hard to locate. After the attendant checked us in he told us we had to go back to the truck --( truck parked on the street a block away because there is not parking on site) and he wanted us to get the hand truck -- he should have gotten it himself when he checked the truck. Poor customer service.
