The tow dolly that rented did work at it should but I did have issues with the ratchet part that holds the tires down. First issue was difficultly on one side tightening what holds the tire. Second, releasing what holds a tire down was also a problem for both sides. I will say minor because the opposite would have been worse if a car being towed came loose.

The guys at B-3 are great. We have bought a mower from them as well in the past. Great customer service and extremely helpful. I will use B-3 for all of my needs before I ever go to Wichita to get stuff again.

Deborah Sstrange drop off. i drove the uhaul to eureka, ks where your elderly friend was moving. she was unable to move in on the saturday night inwhich we arrived. we left the the truck with her and she turned in the truck monday, a day late at no charge. i dealt with the euerka office over the phone for the check in and it was as easy as the check out. thank you
