You should not promise someone a time for drop off then turn around an charge to verify the drop off after booking . This is ludicrous

The only questioning factor I had was the drop off location…..it seemed a little sketchy but overall it was great service

Total rip off took 2 weeks to get a receipt and I had it for 24 hrs and I had to pay for 4 days on a car trailer I had for only 1 day STAY AWAY

The personnel at the Calder location was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this location to my friends.

The location is in a bad part of the neighborhood. There's a parking lot across the street that homeless people have made their shelter.

Never received my money back, called and they seem to not have any information on which truck I use or anything to help figure why they took my whole deposit .Did everything I was suppose and put the gas exactly where they left it, the move was local and down the road but some how they took my whole deposit.

The lady Barbra that is over this location very rude and lacks business ethics. She does not know how to talk to people over the phone. U-haul should not let her be a contact for them. They will give you the wrong key and call you harassing you to make it seem like you did something wrong. The young lady that works for the actual store was nice and sweet. I would not advise anyone to pick this location if avoidable.
