We had zero issues with the storage units we rented. The office staff were kind, courteous, knowledgeable. .. absolutely 1st rate customer service!

Very professional. No items were damaged or broken. They treated our items with the upmost respect! They were able to bring more help at our request at the last minute prior to arriving!!!

Both ladies I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. However, rusty lock assembly caused lost time and effort to my sister and myself due to latch that held the lock being rusty and out of sync. Clerk on duty had to juggle to get it open, on the second day we tried. Time was of the essence because of my travel schedule.

Great place, Mrs Dorothy is an angel. She is such an awesome host to any one renting a storage unit. I have never been treated as nice by anyone else I have ever dealt with in any other business. You don't find people like her anywhere anymore. Great place. Great people & now great friends. Thanks Dorothy for all you do. Sincerely, Mike

Make sure you actually have a u haul available at the place that it is reserved at. Also make sure you actually have a u haul for the particular time the customer request. I had to go to 3 different place because there were no u hauls for the time and pickup place I reserved for

At BLM not a thing. Dorothy is absolutely the BEST!!! If every business had at least one employee that even came close to the customer service that Dorothy provides it would be a wonderful experience at other places. She is a rare gem! Moving is always a rough experience. But Dorothy makes things pleasant.She's just a pleasant person to be around!

I was very disappointed in that the size truck we reserved was not available. We had to waste time to drive two hours to get it exchanged for what we had specified.

Storage unit was broken into and tools stolen. Slide where lock goes was drilled out and taken off. By the time it was discovered, the cameras "didn't go back that far". The items stolen were to be used in a business venture which will now take a number of extra years to start because of the loss. After the loss, I discovered reviews on google stating that this has happened on more than one occasion. Very disappointed.

Trash was around trailer when I pulled up to the building, Uhaul representative would not help me with hookup. I was backing my vehicle to the trailer and she just stood there, no hand signals, just stood there.

You switched locations to this one last minute. When I arrived she did not have any utility blankets or the dolly I had ordered 2 weeks before that. It was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. I then had to drive to 2 other locations to locate a dolly. This was a very frustrating experience and Would like a partial refund for my truck due to your errors.

The person working the desk was very slow and had little knowledge of what to do since the computer system was down. When we returned the truck and the system was still down, we told her we had ordered pizza and needed to pick it up and she just strugged at us. Not to mention she gave me a dirty attitude when I asked about if they offered a military discount.

When picking up the trailer the saleswoman didn't know how to calculate the number of days for a rental and required additional days to be paid for. It took about 40 minutes to do the paperwork because she couldn't figure out the system. Lastly, she stated there were no uhaul locations at the destination even though there were 5 or 6.

Our pickup appointment was for 1 o’clock but when we arrived the location was closed until 2 pm. UHaul should be aware of store operating hours to alleviate send a customer to a store that is closed.

They would not help with the billing and sent me down the road to talk to another dealer that would have fixed it but said they could not so they had a supervisor call me that did not care

Make sure my equipment is there. I hate having to go to the other side of town. But this wasn't the shops fault, but the traffic center at u haul

When I booked on line I selected a closer location that opened earlier. However this was changed after I booked. I called the pick up location & they moved up the pick up time to 9 am when they opened instead of 10 the schedule given to me. When I arrived the computers were down which caused a 30-45 minutes delay. Overall I am not impressed that when booking on line my pick up location and time changed which was an inconvenience to me.

Give the nearest location to the customer or at least the one requested. The hitch did not function properly. Even after paying extra to have it custom fitted.

This experience was horrible the reservation was not there and then had to drive out of my way after an hour long search making me an hour late to my destination.. This is the second time this has happened to me first with my parents move and now with my move!! I hope next time y'all can have you stuff together!!

I covered all my bases because of holiday. Double asked and was assured no problems per rental reservation staff in LA. Later 1-800 staff called wrong number to reach me, lucky that person forwarded the call. we made an agreement because of holiday, this was saturday for Monday pu, I was out of state! agreement with 1-800 staff was not properly put into system so TOO MUCH DETAIL - YOUR COMPANY COST ME MUCH PERSONAL TIME AND FUNDS. THE LADY AGENT AT DROPOFF WAS WONDERFUL BUT HER REGIONAL MANAGER WOULD NOT HONOR THE 1-800 STAFF AGREEMENT. TRAIN YOU PEOPLE-CALL ME if you care about your company- 318-655-6294!!! INTEGRITY IS FAR BELOW BEING ACCEPTABLE.-

I was very disappointed with this entire process. After being sent to 3 different places finally got here to pick up truck. It was attached to tow dolly (I did not order.) I had to go find my truck, which was supposed to be brought to me but the guy was too busy talking to some other guy. I asked the attendant if truck was road worthy and he said entire truck was "gone over and safe to drive". Funny, the truck was found to have one slashed, flat back tire and the passenger side front tire about to blow. This entire experience was horrible. I will never use uhaul again

The lady who hooked up my trailer had no idea what she was doing. In fact, I took the trailer to another U-Haul location on Barksdale Blvd. and he hooked it up properly. He said that he was surprised I made it the three miles to his location. The chains were completely wrong. BLM Storage also smelled strongly of cats.

uhaul location was not in the town we had requested it at and had to go farther than planned to get it. the tire pressure was not the same in all tires. three were at 65 and 1 was at 25. We did not know this until after the vehicle was packed and put on trailer, therefore, we had to find a air station that had enough psi to go into the tire with the vehicle on the trailer.

Reserved van online. went to pick up, took almost 1,5 hours to rent van. Then it was too late to use it that day.

Try hiring people who's iq is above a 2 digit range. I was screwed by idiots who don't know product info or how to make a simple reservation. Extra costs that were not disclosed when they should've been caused me to delay my move. I lost time and money cuz of all your employees incompetence.

The bad experience was with the regional office. I called her the day I went to drop-off the equipment and she directed me to a location that could not take the equipment so I had to scramble to find drive a 26' truck and pull behind to a different location. I started a complaint against regional office but I got a call from a store manager. I told him that I had no issues with him or his store, and asked him to have a manager from regional office call me, today is 06/24/11 and I still have not heard from the regional manager.

The personel was very helpful and nice but the truck was not ready on time. Another truck had to be brought in from another location. Clerk was very apoligetic and it was not her fault. Would use them again.

the prices. The gas tanks should be FULL when you pick up the truck, instead of having to gage exactly how many gallons to put in the tank. 0,79 cents per mile is a bit much.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of using BLM Storage and I have no complaints. I even got my deposit back in a timely matter when I left the last time.
