Too far away for people in lawerencberg
Robbie AOwner was responsive on the phone, but had to wait a bit for someone to come open the gates. Not horrible, just a slight delay.

PHILLIP RNo one was available to check in the truck. It was during 8-5 daytime.
CRYSTAL BLocation rep used mobile phone for transaction. Very small and hard to see contract. Did not allow customer to verify amount of fuel in tank before having them sign contract. Fuel tank was at 3/4 full not 7/8 full. Extra cost of fuel to customer after pickup.
Bernard MIt was Perfect. The person helping me was professional. Had a knowledge of the equipment that I ran it. Would recommend this U-Haul Company. The young man renting the U-Haul to me explained that he was new. It seem like he has been doing this for years. Great experience!
