MICHELLE DJust make sure things weren't broken for instance where you turn switch on for both inside truck & outside it was broken had a hard time trying to get the button back out to be able to see. I've gotten trucks that everything looks fine but when it gets night. Switches are broken the second you try to push or turn on.Along with the A/ C Vents.Not sure if they get reported from previous user. But needs to be checked before it's rented out . Other than that. I've been very satisfied with the Rental areas I've gotten Trucks from.

Amanda DThe guys at Babcock Automotive went above and beyond. They even changed out our trailer ball for us, let us use their electrical harness and made 100 % sure everything was tight, aired appropriately and safe to take off. They were amazing.

cathrine bThe truck struggled to get us from point A to point B. This trip took 52 miles to complete because we had to take the streets instead of the highway due to the mechanical problems that we endured. Vehicle wouldn't even go over 45 mph nor would it shift gears in order for the vehicle to go faster. Such a disappointing experience.
Amy WThis location lacked the usual supplies from Uhaul. Just had a couple of trucks and a couple if trailors. Had to go to a different location to get a hand truck. They had the truck we needed and the people were very nice. Uhaul needs to supply them like their usual places
pat AI reserved a truck with furniture Dolly, appliances dolly and pads. I had my movers scheduled did this day. I get to the store to pick up truck and they said they didn't have any dolly or pads. That changed my whole move and it completely delayed everything and made the entire day very hard on the movers. I had to use my own blankets which were for my own bed and now I have to sleep on dirty blankets. I wish someone would have let me know on the app when I reserved that those things were not available. They waited until I got there to Tell me. This is absolutely unacceptable and will make sure I never use uhal again and I will let everyone I know not to use this company again. Horrible horrific experience

Rufus CEmployees seem rushed and skip things through the process. Like a race to get you out of their hair. The vibe was pretty much don't ask just go. Which made me have to lookup up what I needed on my phone instead of just asking an employee who worked there and was familiar with U-Haul. I guess since they were only dealers they really focused on their own business. U-Haul is not really a priority.

Lisa JThe discrimination and disrespect experienced at this location was mind blowing. The district manager had to get involved and I'm thankful for his thorough resolution. However I will NEVER recommend or conduct business with this specific U-Haul location.

Roberto PThe GPS location took me to the next door business (storage place) and had to ask one of the Babcock Auto employees to maneuver the vehicle out of their tiny lot. If I tried to, might have hit another vehicle. When inside or outside returning and inspecting equipment, the owner seemed to be more bothered than anything. Would mumble stuff and walk away mid sentence and was never certain if my transaction was done or if there was anything pending because again, he would walk away mid sentence.
MONIKA ADisclose the fees to the auto transport. So it's not just the auto-transport fee (almost $300), but mounting it $20 and dismounting the employee said was $25 additional, but waived my fee, which was extremely nice of them to do. Regardless, seems rather silly for Uhaul to charge extra for those services? hard to say... staff is always helpful and polite .
MONIKA AThe truck wasn't ready until 10:00. My reservation was for 8:30 am. Online w/mobile checkin. I rechecked the reservation & I had it correct. There was no appliance dolly which I had requested in plenty of time. We had to find one ourselves, needing to call four places before finding one. We were 2 hours late starting the move. Overall I felt Uhaul at this location was very unprofessional & negligent . No, I don't recommend doing business with them in the future.

Dorthy YTell me how my original charge of $19 went up to $32 when I even put in more gas than what was required and I even turned the truck in earlier than the original time I had chosen?
Moni MIt was a bit of a rocky start because the pick-up location cant view all of U-hauls information on their site, but it was worked out. The staff at Babcock Automotive was helpful. Bob from U-Haul management in San Antonio region went out of his way to make sure all was well.

Sherman BMake sure available equipment is available- I ordered an appliance dolly and it was preferred and approved for me at the first location and when arrived - did not have one — I had to spend my gas and time on the uhaul to go to another location and pick up — luckily that had one - that part was not convenient

Karen HPerson at the store had very little information about U-Haul or the process. Kept saying all they do is what the U-Haul software tells them. Truck had bugs from long range travel but other than that truck was very nice.

Melissa SPicked up uhaul, did a walk around. Truck was clean except front windshield had big dried up bug splats on it and did not come off. Also, parking brake was broken and notified business after overnight return.
