I only had the equipment maybe 3 hours if that and it was returned to the same exact spot. Before sending emails, someone should check cameras.

RANDALL S.Overall no problems. My complaint would be that uhaul messaged me about pulling a trailer to my original destination and that I would be given 25 dollars if I agreed to that. I did agree and delivered the trailer as I said I would. I have not been paid the 25 dollars as of today. The uhaul location I picked up the trailer from told me that my credit card would not be charged until I dropped off the truck. That was incorrect. I was charged the minute I got the truck. So if I could be paid the 25 dollars as promised to do uhaul a favor, that would be nice. I have all text messages to show where uhaul asked me to pull the trailer. Merci.

The person checking the equipment out was rude & uncaring that the order was complete . The cab of the vehicle was not completely clean. Overall a terrible experience. Will definitely look for alternate rental options next time

Garret W.This was a disaster. First the dealer told me that the guy that had the truck before me left the tank empty. He told me I had to return it with a quarter tank or pay a large penalty. Basically he was making me pay for gas that someone else had already used. I bet they charged the other guy for leaving it empty and put the money in their pocket instead of in the tank. That is unethical if not outright theft. Second I got in the truck and found it filthy with plastic drink bottles in the floor and trash in the console. Third I was about 2 miles down the road when I discovered the a/c didn't work. That made the day absolutely miserable working to load the truck and unable to cool off on the road. I won't ever rent from this place again and I will warn everyone I can to stay away.

Theresa N.Haul at this location is like a side business that isn't very liked. They do it almost grudgingly and with poor over-all service. I would not have said this had I not experienced excellent service at their sister location in Panama City on 15th st. A stark difference in operations.
max P.Staff was efficient and courteous upon trailer pickup. The problem I had with the transaction is that the 6x12 trailer is too heavy to not have a standard jack attached to it. I about broke my back getting the hitch off my truck and putting it on the ground. U-Haul either needs to add a jack to these trailers or require employees be present with a jack to detach the trailer (i.e., no more after-hours returns).

Remona R.I don't thing the previous drive filled the gas tank all the way up. When I filled it up after finishing unpacking, the tank read 445 miles until empty. When I initially got in the truck it was 401 miles until empty.

Obviously overlooking is taking place. Very very stressful. Then at end we are charged for an Xtra day...but returned 2 days b4 due back...totally disappointed.

Anthony S.I believe I was overcharged. I rented a one way 10' truck going home aka Millington, TN from Dothan, AL. The price quoted there was not what I was charged. Apparently, it was entered into system was an In-Town trip instead of a one way. Quite a bit of confusion when I tried to return it and the system said I was returning it to wrong location. Then there was difference in taxes or some other charges.

NOAH C.This was not the pickup location I reserved online. My original pickup was changed twice. This location was 25+ miles from desired pickup location. They did not have the 10 furniture pads I ordered online. The tuck had less than 1/8 tank of gas. As a result, I was given a small credit (because I had to return truck with a 1/4 tank - unfortunately the rep did not know why I was given a credit. Fortunately I read the contract and learned that I needed to refuel to at least 1/4 a tank.
Michael M.Everything was great with the exception of them not having the 40 moving blankets we requested in our order. It would have been okay if we had known in advance. Instead, we had to locate and unpack the few blankets and comforters we own.

Donald N.I would suggest before you tell them a location make sure the truck is there, and make sure that you don't give them 3 different locations to pick up a truck. The truck I got had a bag of trash in it and spilled soda on the passenger's seat. The fuel wasn't completely on Full, although when I returned it, the fuel was topped off. My experience was terrible , You had me traveling all over Dothan, Al to get the truck, when you said I could pick it up in Headland, AL, then I receive an email telling me to go to 1402 Montgomery Hwy, Dothan, AL for the truck. Then as we were about to leave to pick the truck up, I received a call that carried me almost 28 miles there and 28 back which was very inconvenient. I am not at all pleased with you haul and I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone. I had to clean the trucks interior before it was clean enough to drive, I was going to send via the app, which by the way is not very user friendly. I ask that you send me a link to send the pictures. At the pick up, I was told there was an E alert on me. after another 35 minutes with a customer service representative, they discovered it was my son Robert Jr. that had an outstanding balance with you (Which he and I had a long conversation when I got home) It was so easy to see our Driver's License is completely different, I was totally embarrassed. The individual that I picked the truck up from was not polite, and was coughing and sneezing, although I was wearing a mask, I didn't feel safe. This experience with U-haul was totally unacceptable. Please send me a link so I can validate my complaints with photos.
